I returned my Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset the same day I received it, because of the echo problem that everyone was talking about. I don't hear an echo while talking, but the other party that I am talking to hears their voice echoing. Although it doesn't bother me, it bothers the party that I am talking to. So if you are talking to your wife or your girlfriend for a very long time you wouldn't want to use this.

I use my Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset with a Motorola 815
It is a good device. No doubt. Amazing that so much is in such a small package.
Others complain they can't hear me. Maybe a boom would help?
Others complain of an echo.
I often have to hold the device to my ear canal. It does not line up on its own. Pity. Maybe it will work better for you.

The Motorola HS820 bluetooth headset does not have enough volume for highway driving. In the city you'll be OK until a bus stops next to you at a traffic light. All windows up please!!

Although I like the Motorola HS820 headset, it's not balanced on the ear and many times it feels like it's going to fall off. It is also annoying to tell if it's on or off because you have to wait for the power light to flicker on and it only happens every 10 seconds. Volume is also too low and is barely adjustable. I also had problems connecting it to my phone (a Motorola phone).
The headset does get good range and the voice quality is still quite good.

Hi I had problems connecting the HS820 headset to my Motorola V547. I just can't seem to find it when I search for it on my Moto. How did you find a solution to this problem? Please reply thanks.
