Good Points: Shiny smooth shape
Bad Points: Rubbish phone. Water damage due to moisture in the air.!!!!!!
General comments: Flimsey , and the Samsung 600 did not work for very long. I had this phone for approx six months however it stopped charging. I was told it had water damage near the charger area caused it to stop working. The shop assistant asked me did I ever use it in the kitchen. Perhaps the moisture in the air caused the damage. Where is one allowed to use this phone. what is the point of having the damn thing if one can not answer the phone or make a call in the kitchen. Now if she asked me if I used it in the shower, !!!!!!! By the way, just in case, I have never used a phone in the shower.

The Samsung 600 is very practical and simple mobile phone. Does not ruin so easily and the battery is hard to corrupt.

The Samsung 600 is a very good mobile phone! It is practical (allows you to schedule appointments, reminders, etc.), can store a bunch of phone numbers, pictures, video's and MP3's with its large built-in memory, which by the way is expandable (finally they thought of this). Also, the display screen is gorgeous - even better than the SGH-D500, as I was comparing it side by side with my friend's 500. It's like moving from 800x600 resolution to a 1024x768 on a computer.

I don't know what everyone is talking about - I was a proud owner of a Samsung D500 & eagerly awaited the release of the D600-but too my disappointment, its rubbish.
1- 3 Hours Talk Time!
2- Its much Bigger than the D500
3- Feels tacky & cheap (too slide the handset up is hard and 'flimsy'-the D500 felt my sturdeyer & better made)
4- D500 was much better
As such I have returned it and swapped it with the new Sony Erikson
Hope this review might be of use to some potential buyers - dont ...

I upgraded to the Samsung SGH 600 after owning Nokia phones for four years. However, I was very pleased with the phone as soon as I got it. The first thing that strikes you is how small the phone is, and how good it looks. This phone is perfect for people (especially girls!) who want their phone to fit in the pocket of their tiniest pair of jeans. I was worried that the buttons would be too small to use, but they are in fact perfect and well spaced out.
This phone has a fantastic camera which ...

Overall the phone is the best phone i have ever used. I have used (3310,3210,8210,6120 and eric 868). It nwver gave any error in 2 years and even after so many (un countable) crashes. It is light weight and has a lot of features (if the network supports these.)

Problem noticed the very next day of purchase. Time display going almost 5 hours fast in one day. Dealer refuses to replace the set saying the company does not favour this.
Voice dialling not convenient.

To be precise, this Samsung is the best cell phone I ever had. I've had it for 2 years and is as good as it gets: no problems at all in spite of the lot of crashes in it's life course!!
