    Good Points: Looks pretty.


    Bad Points: Mine doesn't work, blows fuses, leaks water, customer service not worth anything, takes over 2 weeks for engineer to come round, internal circuitry prone to failure, blowing or not work making machine useless, need a spare washing machine thats reliable for when your brand new stat of the art Servis washing machine breaks down.


    General comments: I have a Servis M3015A washing machine which has knocked out the electric in the house several times that leaks water and sparks, the engineer has been round 4 times and now has to come round a fifth time. Can anyone send me any help or advice on what to do, the shop that sold it me wont help and they say its Servis's problem, Servis will repair it but takes 2 weeks to do it. Then a few days later is breaks down again on a different matter.

    I purchased the M3015A Washing Machine in May 2003. I now find that the Electronic Control Board is faulty and the Motor is also faulty due the fault with the control board. I called Servis and explained the fault and they aren't willing too repair the fault. I called Littlewoods and there also unwilling to repair the fault.
    I would suggest that anyone considering purchasing this product, that you think again and spend a little more money and but a product from a reputable supplier and electron ...

    Servis M3015A - I would never recommend servis to anyone, especially this machine. It has been nothing short of a nightmare! I bought this machine in 2002 and after 1 year (just outside the gaurantee) the ballbearings had gone. Servis basically said it was my problem and refused to do anything and it was only Comet that agreed the product was not fit for the purpose for which it was designed and repaired it for me.
