Good Points: High resolution monochrome screen MS gate application to run programmes off memory stick Lots of good bundled software
Bad Points: Batteries are not rechargeable - it uses AAA The battery door isn't good, as it opens, then the batteries fall out and data is lost
General comments: The Sony Cli PEG-SL10 was my first foray into the Palm PDA market, and at the time it was a great starting point. The CLIE range, with high resolution screen and massive functionality, had taken things to a new level above what Palm/Palm One were producing. I was given this as a gift, and have been convinced that the Palm OS is definitely shoulders above any pocket PC.
A great starter PDA, but somewhat flawed in important areas (eg battery life).
