Good Points: Keyboard is much faster than learning how to do the chicken scratch as on Palm units. Keys have actualy tactile feel and are very simple to use either one handed or on a desk/table.
Bad Points: Battery life could be better. Playing solitare the battery will last about 2 hours. The camera will only take 10 shots with flash however.
General comments: I bought this Sony Cli PEG-NZ90 because of upcoming wrist surgery over three years ago. It got me through the wrist surgery, and I'm back using two hands now. The bluetooth is fantastic, the ability to use 1G memory cards makes this truly functional as a GPS even for people who travel seriously, and the software that comes with it is adequate for many people. Worth all of the money, and it's really expensive once you start adding accessories. I've got almost $1100 USD tied up in mine. But it's functioned for three years, it's been dropped on asphalt a few times, once in the snow, and it's still working. I'm satisfied, and if it died I'd buy a new one.
