    Good Points: The location was wonderful the waiting staff only, were excellent. Swimming pool and leisure jetty were ideal.


    Bad Points: Reception staff were not helpful and not welcoming, and we felt like we were going to see the headmaster everytime we had a query which was only twice. No air conditioning in the public areas and the temp was in the 100's when we stayed.


    General comments: We thought the website did not give a true reflection of the real thing. We thought there was more woodland to walk through but their was not. We expected a spa but instead we had to have the therapies in our own room. Would not have fitted a massage bed in our room it was so small. We were not told that there was a gym until a visitor told us where it was (at the end of a darkened lobby ) by the public toilets. There was no bar to sit for pre-dinner drinks or to gather with friends after. The cans of pop were £ 3.50 each, which I thought was scandalous. The road to and from the hotel was abominable. Very disappointing holiday all round and we will not be recommending it anyone. After the website indicated a family run business we had hoped for more input from the owners

    We came across Atami Hotel on the internet. It seemed like a lovely spot to us. We reserved a Deluxe room for 4 days. We were a little bit confused getting to the hotel as there were few signs on the road and it was a rough road. But as we came to the hotel, we were enchanted by the beautiful scenery, the crystal sea, and the sincere hospitality of the ztaylan family. The service was good and the food was delicious. But for people like us, who like to party at nights, there wasn't much to do. S ...
