Best car ever owned and have had some fast cars , have upgraded the brakes disc/pads and a Torque Technique exhaust system which sounds great , plus the extra BHP power from the system means now running at well over 200bhp . Honda Civic Aerodeck looks great, drives great and a great family car too. Take the family out and you got reliability , take the family out of the car and you got a beast to unleash on the road. Great car, buy one.- Read Guest's review (82 words)

Bought my Honda Civic Aerodeck 1.8 VTi 10 years ago - never had any probs with it. Change the oil and plugs every year - put a steel exhaust on it - sounds awesome at full chat!! Plus added about 10 bhp I reckon. K+N air induction kit, and you can really tell when those extra valves open up at 6000 rpm! Buy one!! Solid build quality - bulletproof engine, goes like the clappers if you work it, awesome stereo!! Bit noisy, and could def do with a 6th gear.- Read Guest's review (87 words)

Gets up to speed quickly, good handling, quick acceleration even in higher gears. Comfortable ride, even in the back seats. Excellent engine, very quiet drive. Smooth gears.
Love this Honda Civic Aerodeck, its fast, fun and sexy looking, especially in black! Theres plenty of room in the boot for buggies, dogs and shopping. Doesnt look too bad with a roof box on either!- Read wendywoohoo's review (97 words)

The Honda Civic Aerodeck 1.8 VTi is small but has a big engine no problems, workhorse never puts a challenge down even on the most challenging tasks. Great engine. Had it for 4 years no problems at all. What a runner! It is small on the inside so good for people not too tall.- Read Guest's review (52 words)

I have owned a LHD Aerodeck VTi for a year now. Picked it up in Germany and imported it to Norway, where I live. It is such a marvellous drive, at any surface and weather. I've fallen in love with it..! Nobody has a clue what it is, and it goes like nothing I've ever owned. I've had the ECU modified together with a Supersprint exhaust and S2000 filter, so the noise is even better than standard. Superb car.- Read Guest's review (91 words)

Oh this car is not much of GTI class, this is much different. Driven todays usage and mild its unusual comfy, easy, quiet and economical. Then it may turn into sort of race machine - loud, fast and very wild. As if it has a split into two pieces in the overall appearance. This is not a whole time GTI when you suffer tough suspension alll the time and the noisy typical 2.0 150 HP powerplant under the bonnet. No - no - no. When want to squeeze this car hard the b18c4 engine along with limited slip ...- Read Guest's review (171 words)

Engine first! Enjoyable powerplant, can be quite economical when driven easy (8,3 l/100 km city mode) or bit more hungry (11,5 l/100 km when frequently revved till 8500 and driven hard). Generally I could just own the engine four wheels and the roof - thats all to me to enjoy driving.- Read Guest's review (53 words)

A really enjoyable car to own if you need a practical car most of the time and a boy's toy some of the time. Keeps the boy-racer alive in the old dad when he is toting the kids and the dog and the furniture around.- Read Guest's review (116 words)

Thought that I was buying a normal medium-sized family estate car but got much more for my money. My Honda Civic Aerodeck accomodates the wife, kids and car seats, bikes on roof and all the other things you take on holiday comfortably and still has pulling power on the motorway. Very comfortable on long journeys but at motorway speed the engine is noisy and you need to fill up regularly. Very quiet and nippy around town. Have seen (and heard) another Aerodeck with a big bore exhaust but not my ...- Read johnlaird's review (117 words and 1 comment)
