Good Points: easy bike to turn, very good power especially when in power valve. had a nice few tumbles (so early in my career!!!)and the bike seemed to withstand all that i have thrown at it including going through alot of deep river crossing and floods. since its all forestry riding it gets a hard life and really holds up well and i am really happy with it
Bad Points: the only bad point i have about the bike or more like my bike is the fact that you would want to remortgage the house to keep spak plugs drawn to it as my bike seem to foul one every two trips out but apart from that i love it and dont intend on selling it either
General comments: bought my Honda CR125 125 model 3 months ago . bought it from a guy who told me it needed a piston and ring so i sent it to the local bike shop and got it done along with new chain and sproket new fork seals new fairings new control levers more or less everything but it was well worth it !!! my buddy and i hit the forestry every weekend and he has a yz . im alot heavier than he is and they seem to be pretty well matched so power or lack of it isnt an issue.

The Honda CR125 is a great bike for intermediate riders, hardly needs maintenance, good for jumps, feels great through whoops, handles well, turns on a dime. I recommend you buy tube slime or a better tube, because it really punctures easily.- Read Guest's review (81 words)

Very fast and good for a beginner.
Jumps well.
Can't wheelie on it yet I haven't had it on tarmac so on dirt the wheel just spins.
Handles like a feather, such a light feel to it.
Crisp throttle response, as soon as you twist to full you have to change gear.- Read cooldude89's review (68 words)

It is such a let down and I wish honda would make it as good as their cr250f which rips the track apart
if you're looking for a 125 get a yz 125 or a ktm 125.- Read Guest's review (71 words)

Today i'm actually re assembling it after rebuilding the entire bike. Powdercoating frame and spring, painted the shock, New rims (original hubs), new plastics, graphics, porting, polishing, shaved head, carbon fibre reeds, carburettor, new tyres, etc. The new 125's have around 38 flywheel hp. Mine has 45. which is a huge difference. The bike isn't standard at all so it's hard to judge on the bike. but even when it was standard it did mono's in every gear.
This bike has a lot of potential if yo ...- Read Guest's review (151 words)

I love the Honda CR125 and have spent a mini fortune on doing it up to make sure she looks as good as she rides. I have rode it for 3 years now and have crashed many times but the repairs and fitting are easy and cheap to do.- Read Gabby123's review (87 words)

The Honda CR125 125 is a really fast bike and keeps up with my mates Jincheng 280cc.
Its a genuine 2004 Honda motocross bike and scrubs up well after spending hours on it, its relatively easy to clean and maintain.
My mates have other bikes but when we get on the field I blast them all away.- Read brett1991's review (102 words)

It pulls well up hills, moves around easily. I'm not a big guy yet, so I can move it round and it moves me round in return.
Well worth the £2000 I paid for it, goes hard.- Read Benbow's review (77 words)

I bought a Honda CR12597 model about 2 months ago after a long break from the MX scene. The bike has surprised me every time I have it out.
It was the last year Honda made the metal frame before they tried the alloy and they got it so right.
I have thrashed this little monster 3 times a week since I bought it and my confidence is growing week by week. The bike does all the work. If you have the bottle and you position your weight well it flies. Reliability, great, I needed new clutch plate ...- Read neilwallace125's review (239 words)
