Cineworld is the only cinema in Ipswich; making it quite hard to compare to others. Although the refreshments are insanly overpriced they are of good quality and the large popcorns and drinks are good value. The seats are OK but some of them are ripped, the drink holders broken and some of the seats are wobbly. The tickets are over priced; like most things in the cinema, also if going, without looking online first, can be potentially problematic because the prices are so high you wouldnt know ho ...- Read Guest's review (165 words)

Cinema is a short walk from the DLR and has a Car Park next door, though this can be expensive. Never seem to have to queue to buy tickets but if you want to buy food tahts a different story. the queue for popcorn and drinks is always long.
the screens are comfortable. overall a good cinema and reasonably priced.- Read Film 2000's review (60 words)

Milton Keynes Cineworld is very comfortable with a good choice of films. Problem is every sole in Milton seems to spend their weekend evenings in tyhe place. Its packed evry weekend. You have to queue to buy tickets, then to buy food and then to pass through to the screens. Maybe more staff are needed, or not to start all the films at athe same time! Parking is cheap if you park in the correct colured areas. I advise to book online and collect the ticekts from the self service machines. only pr ...- Read Film 2000's review (111 words)

Cineworld in Rugby always has ample free parking, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the films on offer. I have never had to queue either to buy tickets or to egt through to the correct screen, though sometimes there can be a queue for drinks and food (why do cimenas now offer fresh filter coffee that takes over 5 minutes to make!). The seats are comfortable and the food is priced as expensively as ant other cinema chain. Though the ice cream concession is over priced. I would recomm ...- Read Film 2000's review (107 words)

Cineworld, Stockport is Cheaper then most cinemas.
Has all the main films showing.
Never that busy, but the screens are too small.
The seats are worse then economy class on an aircraft - FAR worse for that matter.
My popcorn was cold and tasteless.

Cineworld cinema seating is not particularly comfortable, parking is expensive nearby, the food & drinks are expensive and not that good quality (not much vegetarian options) - they are obviously out to make as much money as possible at the expensive of customer service and quality. Sometimes the quality of the films aren't that great either...and sometimes the heating is off or the air conditioning is off which is annoying and uncomfortable. (at West India Quay). The Unlimited Card is good val ...- Read Jackeroo's review (223 words and 1 comment)

On the whole Cineworld offers a poor service in a competitive market, they offer a lot in advertising but in reality the customer is paying over the odds for what they can get at the local independent cinemas, which offer a better customer service and don't really get bums on seat for blockbuster movies. I have cancelled my subscription to the 'Unlimited Card' as have most of my friends as we realised that the cinema was making money for nothing as most people working 9-5 do not benefit for payi ...- Read Hannah88's review (128 words)

Ipswich Cineworld. I had bought a monthly Unlimited pass for my 12 year old son. After 6 months, he was refused entry to a 12 certificate film, and when he put me on the phone to them, the staff refused to check his age on their registered details (which when I later called the help centre, was exactly what they were supposed to do - the whole point of the age registration and photocard being precisely this). The oik on the phone called me 'mate' and seemed to have no idea of customer service. ...- Read midlifecrises's review (146 words)

The Cineworld staff blamed the smell on a problem with the drains. Yes obviously that's why they had a bin liner over a seat and a room smelling of vomit.
Lets see if they can regain my faith.
Stick with Odeon....not had a bad experience yet!!!- Read reviewcrew's review (118 words)

Cineworld has good sized screens and a well tiered seating layout (some others cinemas have them untiered so that some fat head in front of you blocks your view of half the screen).
The cinemas are always littered with rubbish.
Kids do seem to be able to run around and misbehave un-noticed by the staff.
Its not a bad place to watch a film, but it does not surprise me that cinema attendance is dropping in certain areas when you cannot see the film you want without some kind of disruption. ...- Read lancervhead's review (118 words)

Visited in February 2007 to see Charlotte's Web. Had valid complaint about not being able to take my 4 year old daughter to the toilet through the nearest door. Manager unbelievably unhelpful.
Apparently you have to be a mind reader to know which doors to go through.- Read Cinema Lover's review (82 words)

I usually go tot he Showcase Cinemas, however, we decided to go to Cineworld as the film we wanted to see was on at a slightly better time.
The first thing that put us off was the car park - which I know is probably not the cinema's fault - but it is extrememly inadequate for an 11-screen cinema, 4 restaurants, a shop, a hairdressers and a gym. We drove round for about 15 minutes just waiting for a space to become available.
When we got to the cinema, there was a rubbish bin by the door, ...- Read nyc's review (668 words and 1 comment)

It isn't very often I visit the cinema complex at Ashton Moss, but on this particular occasion, myself and my friend had planned to go and watch a film here.
We paid for our tickets no problem, and we didn't have to queue, and we went through to our screen no problem. However, numerous groups of people persisted to talk throughout the entire film!
I can withstand a little whispering, but 3 groups of youngsters seated at various places around the cinema talking loudly deliberately, I cann ...- Read emza2511's review (346 words)
