it is a great way to store your music ,but i cant find it very easily anymore . this update has ruined my itunes and taken away the best parts of the software . the worst part is that it is almost impposible to go back to the itunes 10 versions (that worked perfectly well ) apple has turned for the worse and is no better than crapy old microsoft .i am so diappointed i am in the prosses of looking for alternatives to itunes for my macbook .oh and it will not sync ipod / iphone ect . it keeps stopping .i wish i had know just how basic and useless itues update was going to be . the fact is there are 6/7 features missing and nothing new ??? i feel like ive been kicked in the teeth . obviously itunes software died with steve jobs . RIP apple . sad times

They store card details: beware
£20 x 15 (£300) taken from my account fraudulently... absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone at iTunes- complete waste of time. Luckily my bank refunded the money and took it up with Apple. Great at sales, but disgraceful customer service when things go wrong

It was too difficult to use, I was still in the seven day period and asked for my refund. Still waiting on a reply and refund.
I do not recommend this product..

I have used iTunes once for a period of 6 months, downloading 105 tracks. Yes, it is low, but that is all I could afford! A buck a song is insanely overpriced, especially since they are heavily DRM'ed. You can only play it on 5 authorized computers and 5 iPods. Even CDs, which are less money anyway, can be played on unlimited computers and unlimited MP3 players. iTunes songs can only be played on iPods, no other MP3 player, since it is in AAC format and only iPods have the ability to play songs in AAC. The selection is nice, but the absence of The Beatles and Kid Rock really surprises me. The videos are also heavily DRM'ed. I cannot play my movies anywhere but on Quicktime or my iPod. The games are also very, very overpriced at 6 bucks a piece, and they are not that good. The support is okay, nothing special. Overall, I would never use iTunes again. Not only would I never recommend it to anyone, I commonly advertise other MP3 downloading sites to people I know who use iTunes, and they switch that day and love it. iTunes is the one place where I was most ripped off in their crazy, minipulating monopoly.

I purchased some concert tickets and with them a download of an album for $9.99. I am unable to collect this download and have spent more than an hour trying to get the site to accept a new account. When I apply it won't recognize it or it won't give me the option to use my credits.
I am not impressed. I find ITunes either very intrusive or totally unhelpful.

In my opinion iTunes is an absolute frustrating rip off unless you have and apple ipod. I want to burn stuff onto CD but this is just not having it. Deeply anoying : (

I recently purchased a paper gift certificate from iTunes, that was to be sent in the mail. The certificate didn't come, so I contacted their online customer service after three weeks or so. They just sent me emails pushing off the problem.

iTunes is rubbish! There is help, but it is not right. I first downloaded some music realising that they were not MP3 files, and it does not allow you to convert them. Also, when you tick the box to then buy MP3 files, it still doesn't come as a MP3 file.
