    Ordered 10 Sept. payment taken 11 Sept. Many many promises of delivery. Eventually, after they complained about my previous review and had it temporarily removed, they sent me details of refund on 15 Oct. Still waiting, and now the credit card company have promised to deal with it immediately. Don't use this company.     As with many other reviews on this site I wanted to share my terrible experience with supaperfume. My order was never received and after countless emails they finally admitted that they had never had the item in stock at all despite having taken the money off my card and promising delivery within four days. I then requested a refund which was promised to be in my account after 3 working days. That was 2 weeks ago and still no refund. No one answers their phone, no doubt because they are besieged ...

    Although this company has been replying to my emails. I have been waiting nearly a month for my perfume to be delivered.
    They are cetainly not pro active in informing you of your orders status, this is left up to the customer to chase and find out when they will get there order.

    I've ordered from them in the past and never had any problems, but this time it has be a mess from the start.

    I will never purchase from this company again.

    Ordered this deodrant on 11 September and payment was taken promptly off my credit card. Unfortunately delivery not contact is not so prompt. Have emailed many times and just got promises, promises and apologies. Nothing ever happens. They don't answer the phone either. Last week they apologied and said they would send first class and a free gift to which I replied no thank you, a full refund please. As expected, I did not get a reply nor refund and now the credit card company are dealing with ...

    After waiting 4 weeks for my perfume with all my emails being ignored, I was finally informed that the item had been discontinued and offered a refund. After another 2 weeks of waiting I'm still waiting for my money. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE! Companies like this should not be in business. I certainly won't be recommending Supaperfume and will never use them again.

    Excellent - prices is good - £42 and it is £46 in perfume shop and free postage as well!! what more can you ask for?

    I have used them a few time now and always found them to be excellent.

    Highly reccomended to everyone.

    Think i will be doing all me christmas shopping here this year!

    Have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my delivery from Supaperfume. Customer service is really bad. They never return emails or answer the phone. Would only offer to replace goods and will have to collect... Very disappointed and will never use again.

    The customer service at supaperfume is terrible - I have chased my goods on 4 occasions as all it said on the order tracking was 'awaiting dispatch'. Every apology said they would speak to despatch (although no reason ever given for the delay) however eventually I realised nothing would be sent and asked for a refund - I am still waiting even though it was promised within 7 working days.

    I have placed numerous orders with supaperfume and to begin with was very happy with service, however last few orders I have had to chase up.
    I am still waiting for my last order to be dispatched even though money was taken from my credit card the day I placed the order.
    Won't be buying from them again, their loss, I have spent hundreds of pounds over a 3 year period and expect to receive a better service than this. If items are not in stock they should say so!!!

    after reading reveiws began to doubt, rang Supaperfume , was reassured. perfume arrived on time. my daughter has been searching for this perfume for ages. so i was delighted to be able to treat her for her birthday!! will be treating mysewlf soon......goes to show you can only judge by personal experience.

    Terrible service, dont waste your money.
    Ordered special delivery & item still hasnt been dispatched.
    Very difficult to speak to someone.

    Avoid Supaperfume unless your happy for your item to take weeks & weeks to arrive

    I placed an order over a monthe ago that was stated as being in stock and would be despatched within a couple of days. As this was a gift it was being sent straight to my relative. 3 weeks later my relative asked where the perfume was as it had not arrived, I had assumed that everything was ok as I had not anything from Supaperfume and they had already taken my money from the bank.     Ordered perfume on 14th July from Supaperfume which was advertised as being in stock. After a week it had not arrived. I initially had a prompt reply to my first e-mail enquiring why there was a delay. They apologised, saying there had been a postal strike in London and my order would be dispatched the following day.     After reading some Supaperfume reviews I was concerned but I got my order on time and was very pleased with the packaging and service - so in my opinion a good website.
    I purchased dunhill desire for my boyfriend and he was thrilled as well.

    Never again!!! I placed my first order with Supaperfume for Eternity Moment. After a full week (9 business days) I called and asked regarding the order. I was told it was being processed, awaiting shipment of stock. Another week went by, after being told it would go out Tuesday.( I should have asked which Tuesday?)     Ordered goods on 21/7/09 still waiting 30/7/09 poor customer service, don't waste your money on supaperfume. there are better sites cout there which offer great customer service and are just as cheap.

    Ecellent price, easy ordering, top packaging, overall excellent company to deal with. ~Well done. I sahll certainly use supaperfume for my future perfume purchases.
