I have been using 5quid Hosting for a couple of years now. In terms of value for money and support, they're brilliant, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If you want to use multiple domains, sub-domains, set up ftp accounts and so on, it's so easy through their control panel. Furthermore, you're not tied into a contract over a set period, you can stop using them whenever it suits you!

I've recommended them to several of my friends and work acqaintances and they're equally impressed. If you're after no frills hosting then use 5quid hosting, I thoroughly recommend them!

Excellent service and amazing value. Needed to install magento but was unable to do it myself so sent an email to support and within 5 minutes it was installed for me. Have two domains now hosted with 5quidhost and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

Have used 5quid Host for over a year now and have never had any problems. I was paying £2 per month for one of my domains and I had probs with a Joomla site. I emailed tech support not expecting an answer but the site was back up and running about 15 minutes later.

Not bad for a couple of quid per month, and their servers are fast and reliable.

I've been using these guys about four years. The support is unbelievable. Phenomenal. I've e-mailed questions at all kinds of weird times including the middle of the night and received responses to allow me to continue working. Because of them I moved into reselling and making Joomla websites for clients. I honestly would not have done that if I hadn't been confident of their faultless and professional service.

The speed and quality of the support is faultless. The server setup is on the ball. Been dealing with these guys for a few months now and am suitably impressed. I struggle to find anything to criticize! Recommended.

Brilliant service from the personal "5quidhosting" brand that encoraged me to move to their web-designer hosting service. This is also excellent and the move was handled seamlessly from their end including loads of email support in moving databases etc.
Cannot recommend these guys enough - if you have any questions then just email them, they really do answer in about 1 hour, even for stupid questions!!

I have had to contact 5quidhost twice now, and really only to deal with easy fix probs, i of course did not know this. They never question my ability as a newbie; they do a little suggestion and let you get on with it. Both times i have had a fix in less than 5 mins, brilliant! The time on response is great, and i can honestly say that my attempt at web building has become more enjoyable.

I have been using the free account for developing different ideas. Really great service. Supports most of the features you need to develop web 2.0 sites I also pay for level 1 for one of my prototypes.

I suppose that you get the true measure of good customer service when things go wrong and you see how a company responds to help you address an issue. In my case, this occurred when my site had an unexpected, dramatic increase in bandwidth with no apparent explanation (traffic at the time was flat). Excellent service. Very helpful and informed staff.

I have only been with 5quidhost for a month now on their Web Designer Reseller "Micro" package but the service has been excellent. When I first joined I had some problems with SSH on my mail server they were very helpful, in the end neither of us could work out what the problem was so they switched me to another server which fixed it. Great support staff who are willing to go the extra mile.

I have been with 5quidhost since 2004, and have found them reliable, helpful and a very safe team.

When I first started uploading my website - i faced many difficulties, I didn't have a clue, and I requested information from admin at 5quid host, and I was amazed by the prompt reply and directions/ instructions from them. We have had excellent help and support from the Support Team at 5Quid Host, even down to them restoring a website with SQL databases which were backed up as part of migrating our clients' websites to 5Quid (from a poorly performing hosting company).

Unlike our previous host, they don't overload their servers and then suffer performance problems. We now have 18 sites hosted with 5Quid, and soon to add several more.

Support is via email - being able to talk to someone in a dire emergency would ...

Absolutely fantastic. After bouncing around several crooked sites, these chaps sorted everything out. Easy, cheap and it actually works the way it should. I've expanded to grab a couple of free personal sites and 2 business sites with these guys now :D
