NO prior warning .... just WHAM! Website GONE! We tried to upgrade ... but your system failed miserably and NO email was received regarding *payment* to auto-restart it. We have decided to pay to be hosted by LCN instead as our former experience with LCN has been excellent. Sorry .... but *time is of the essence* .... and so is service/support....

No, you own your photos. Just write your own Copyright, Privacy and/ or Terms and post it on every page that holds your pics, this will pteorct you from any hosting company or person. Also look up the No Right Click' Html Code, this keeps people from taking them. Free Hosting, there is many, just search FREE HOSTING'. You may have to deal with ads on your site from some companies. Or just use Blogger.com!

Finally; I also host with Joyent, and 5quid were selected on the basis that their attitude was congruent with Joyent's style, as well their tech ability.
5quid would be perfect if they'd serve from SmartOS as well as linux. *hint*
FYI, the one time they told me a problem was down to my ISP, they were right.
