Good Points: Incredible colors. Fantastic reproduction. Very responsive to e-mails and questions. Able to have it framed with a fantastic Victorian style frame. Was very much cheaper both to paint and to frame than anywhere else I looked in my city.
Bad Points: Took quite a bit more time than it was originally supposed to and delivery was a bit delayed (2 1/2 months instead of the 1 1/2 it was supposed to). It showed up fine though and I would rather not rush the artist and risk quality.
General comments: www.1st-art-gallery.com was a great experience. I had researched everything but was not entirely sure of ordering something so expensive online (after paying up front). When I finally received the painting it was even better than I expected.
It was so cheap to frame this as well. I sent photos of the type of frames I thought would be good and they found some great profiles to suit. and it was very nicely finished and ready to hang when it showed up. It would have cost at least
$1000 Cdn to frame this and it cost 1/4 through them.
Overall, very painless other than the time delays. I'm very happy.

I was skeptical about how well this project would come out because the original "The Last Judgment" is so large and detailed; I thought there'd be no way it could be reproduced as magnificently as the artists at 1st--Art-Gallery.com reproduced it. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the result. I've already spent many hours studying the figures in the painting. The attention to detail and faithfulness to the original are really stunning.

Great art, great price, great customer service. The BEST oil painting reproduction company we ever used, and we used about five or six of them over the last few years.

Several years ago i was lucky enough to visit a Monet exhibition in London, not sure what to expect i stood in awe of the giant paintings of the water lillies. Over the years i have collected so called Monet look a likes. I found the www.1st-art-gallery.com on google, and then found a review here about it. We don't usually buy on the internet, my wife and me, but these guys prices are 70% below street price and we just had to make a test purchase. As noted before, we already ordered five more paintings and frames.
