Staff in dining hall very domineering, ordering you to sit where they want you to sit, they have a lot to learn from the Spanish Costa hotels. I would not recommend the Anmaria Beach Hotel. (read more)

Stayed two weeks 17.10.2007 - 31.10.2007. Arrived with some trepidation after having read reviews but were more than pleasantly surprised. Room excellent though felt there should be tea making facilities and you should not have to pay to use the fridge. However, dining room staff, cleaners and reception staff very welcoming. Food first week excellent but fell off during second week due we thought to the fact that it was the last week of the season and they weren't keen to buy in more... (read more)

Pre going we had reservations after reading bad reports, but had a wonderful time, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were large and nicely furnished, and thoroughly cleaned daily.

Most of the staff behind bar ignored the kids. Some would refuse to serve them their ice cream even though it was...

I found the staff (all but one lady) rude and unfriendly too. I stayed here alone, visting for a friend's wedding. I had booked the Evabelle but when I arrived was moved to Anmaria instead. They gave me no information about the hotel and were impatient when asked basic questions. When my friend visited with his child the staff seemed annoyed.

Ayia Napa, Anmaria Beach Hotel - Needs entertainment, on all-inclusive but nothing to do at hotel. No provision for children at all. Found on day we were leaving that their was a kids menu which was not offered during stay even though our child was 2. (read more)
