Good Points: handling . fuel ecom.the classic looks stainless steel wheels . toughness .comfort. BMW reliabilty.
Bad Points: Switch gear can take time to get right indicators. Nothing minor Low dim fuel low light...but thats my beef...
General comments: The BMW was a great bike to ride I tested out 7 of these that ' s how good they are.
I LIKED THE LOOKS WHEN IT CAME OUT SEPT 97! Then test ride 7 of them all. No faults at all. Except indicators. And low dim fuel lights reserve. I brought helmets scarves goggles and jacket for my next bike to be. But was taken out of there line range 04? Why. No idea. So second hand it will be. But when I get mine I will never sell it till I die. NEVER...
As in James Bond movie never say never sell.

I've found where I can get chrome for it or have things chromed. I have added items to customize it to my satisfaction. and louder pipes (z-technik) and addtional lights in rear and front. With the change in marketing to the younger crowd, this model and series should have seen a longer future.
