    Tony at Travelhouseuk.co.uk helped alot with my booking. I was having to book tickets for a group of people and this at times

    was proving to be quite troublesome, Tony helped me through it with constant contact via e-mail and phone. Thanks

    5 star service at all levels.This was my second time to book flights with Travel House.co.uk. Previously I dealth with Sarah and now Wida. I am pleased with the professional service I got and will recommend friends or family members to use this agency without hesitation.

    Excellent service, very quick, good communication. I have booked my flights to Harare through travel consultant Tony, who is extremely professional and I have recommended him to friends and family. It has been a great pleasure dealing with him.

    I am a frequent traveler and have been booking with this company for almost around four years now.I am very pleased with the service Travelhouseuk has provided, especially being updated by Andy who has looked after my booking for me

    I booked a ticket for my wife online but they refused to issue the ticket saying that my card was declined. I contacted my credit card company who informed me that this was not the case as I had adequate funds. I rang back 3 days later to speak to a manager, who was very rude. I asked if there was a problem with my card how comes they have taken £50. I was informed it was a deposit taken by them.     This company is operating a scam. They offered two business class tickets to New Zealand at a good but not silly price. I declined to book and asked if they would hold the tickets for me which they agreed to do for a refundable fee of £100. They then called me back 30 minutes later to say that they had made an error in the price, which increased by £500+.     The company has a poor structure, does not have capabilities of handling simple problems , staff are poorly trained. ATOL should look into this type of operation. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOB

    at this place all operators call themselves with different names. this company does not answer as travel house uk. complaints go round in circles with no answers to come by. my personal advise please do not book with discriminative staff/comapnies. they operate from all sorts of call centres around the globe. the colour full website is an upfront. do not book. atol should look into this company!!

    I called through and reserved tickets with Travel House UK before reading this site - had I read the reviews on this site beforehand - I would not have used them. I told them to take the full amount off my card on the 1st day and they did not do it. After many calls over a week later they finally told me the flights were overbooked so I either had to cancel and pay to get some of my deposit back or choose different dates and pay more. Very very unreliable and definitely will not use them again. ...

    was quoted price for flights which i was happy with so i booked, then was told within a few days price had expired and price had gone up £180 even tho price was reduced twice by actual airline, couldnt believe it and when questioned travel house i was fobbed off! big communication problems with travel house, cancelled flights which were never actually booked with airline in first place and endured £100 cancellation charge for my troubles! read terms & conditions b4 booking and please ...

    I have to say, Travel House UK Ltd is one of the best services that I have come across. I constantly changed what I was looking for yet they responded promtly and offered numerous options to what I was looking for. They called on request, answered any questions I had, and were even able to give me a solution that was unavailable at the start, by remembering exactly what I needed. I was absolutely delighted with the customer service provided.

    I was 100% satisfied and would reccomend my friends to use Travel House.The emailing of the e tickets was prompt and efficent friendly and efficent manner was most appreciated. I can only trust the after service (should it be needed) will be as efficent.

    I love Travelhouseuk because it enables me to compare prices for all flights quickly and easily. The staff are always friendly and helpful and when booking holidays they have usually traveled to the destination themselves. They also have a lowest airfare guarantee which gives me confidence I am getting the best price.

    We booked our flights to Egypt with Travel House UK Ltd for our 25th wedding anniversary last month. They are pretty good for what they offer. Also their travel consultants are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

    When it comes to international travel, a good travel agent is like God's gift for you so is Travelhouseuk for me.I booked my Flights to Tobagowith them with very low budget and they come up with fare that are only available through a professional travel agent.So i say they improved a lot .They have professional travel consultants with great experience and they are committed to providing clients expert travel and cost-savings advice.
