Good Points: It has all features what you could expect in that money like GPRS, MMS etc.

Bad Points: The worst parts of this mobile are its keypad & software malfunctioning.

General comments: I bought this Nokia 2650 mobile just when it launched in January 2005 in INR 6500/-(~ $160) & now its value is INR 3000/-(~ $70) in India. Reason behind this fall in the rate is its failure at its robustness. This is such a delicate piece that you cant afford any accident with this. I would strongly suggest don't go for it if you want a robust Nokia phone.

I bought my Nokia 2650 for £40 and thats is what it is worth. For me its pretty good because i dont want a flashy phone and i skate and i want it in my pocket and i dont really mind if i break this phone. Its simple it doesnt do anythig extraordinary but it does enough. Basically if you want a simple phone not flashy then this is quite good.

Nokia's latest budget number (Nokia 2650) sees the finicky Finns trying another take on the clam-shell style they held off on for so long. It folds, much like any other clam-shell does, but this one has a weird rubberised inner skin that spreads across the keypad, over the hinge and around the screen, which gives it a very organic, tactile feel. It's a bit squishy, but at least you can't get any crud stuck down the sides of the buttons, and there's a rather attractive LED glow from beneath the k ...

The Nokia 2650 has a nice design, but unfortunately it has a very weak signal. Unless you live in a very good signal area DO NOT BUY!

The Nokia 2650 mobile phone has a somewhat odd clamshell construction. The phone may be opened for an angle of almost 180 degrees and unfolded. The phone looks like a beach chair. Not my kind of design, but maybe this makes the phone stand out from the crowd. The phones internal surface is made of rubber or soft plastic. According to Nokia, the 2652 "builds on the success of the award-winning Nokia 2650".

    Battery...

According to Nokia the battery works for 2500 hours in standby mode, and ...

I had this phone for a week. I feel in love with it and enjoyed it's company. The design was very cool and battery was excellent. One thing I warn you about is if you have low signal. I have a Nokia 3315. In many areas I would have 3 out of 4 bars of signal on my 3315, and on the 2650 it wouldn't even register. I cannot see why this is but signal is hopeless. Apart from that the phone is excellent. If I had a good signal at my house I would definitely have this phone. Make sure if you have a low ...

The 2650 is a great new design from the Finns at Nokia, easy to use and looks good to. I have had the benefit of playing with this phone prior to its release. Some of the features remind me a little of a 3510i, just more up to date. It's a dual band phone with all the basics you would expect from a Nokia handset, along with the traditional two soft key and easy menu set-up commonly associated with Nokia. Interesting new mech when opening handset, not hinged but seems to operate on what looks lik ...
