Good Points: Excellent customer support Very easy to use Vulnerability scanning and patching Real-time protection
Bad Points: First scan was slow
General comments: I got interested in FBM Software ZeroSpyware 2004 Anti Spyware because it placed third in PC Magazines recent anti-spyware review. I tried it and was really surprised at its performance. I have been using 2 free anti-spyware applications but they do not compare with the level of customer support this programs offers. Although the scan was slow during the first run, it was thorough. It found remnants of spyware programs that my two free tools did not remove.
Installation was quite a breeze. The program was made using Flash and this makes it very cool and hip. The ease of use of this program is impressive. IT shines with the preventative measures it provides to the user so spyware has no chance of infecting the PC again.
