Good Points: easy to order, clear instructions, quality matches any other I have come across apart from specialist inks and always fast delivery

Bad Points: None experienced

General comments: good prices at Valueshop [especially alphajet], fast delivery, quality for standard printing and general use. Can't remember a problem over some years.

Ordered some paper and ink for my Canon MP630 on 10th October. Items failed to arrive by 24th October so filled in the online non-delivery form and sent it off. The goods should have been resent via recorded delivery but this was not the case. They were instead apparently resent on 27th October via standard mail. It is now 11th November and neither package has arrived. A refund has not been forthcoming, despite being repeatedly requested, and the matter is now in the hands of my credit card comp ...

I ordered 4 MicroSD cards early in March 08. The items had not arrived 20 days later, however the company insisted I chase up the post office etc. Many days later, when I finally got through once again, I was instructed to send the required postal form off and cancel my order. The company ignored this refusing to honour their returns policy and sent replacements. I had ordered from another firm in the interim. I am now self sufficient in Micro SD cards.

I ordered an Epson DX4450 from Valueshop; not only was it £15 cheaper than in the cheapest stores, it was £9 cheaper than shopping on the net. The best thing was I ordered it on Sunday night and it was delivered on Wednesday morning - brilliant!

I purchased 5 5x7 Canon high quailty packs of paper, A3 & A4 Canon paper, best price I could find online with Valueshop and about half the price of RRP. However have not needed to return any items yet and this could be a major factor.

Following a search, Valueshop showed up as the best price for the HP laser printer cartridge I wanted.
Nothing else to say; product ordered, product came - exactly as requested.

Hi, I have found http://www.valueshop.co.uk offering better value for money than any of the websites which I know of on cartridges and paper. They have very nice specials for retail & bulk purchases.

I ordered an Epson C64 from Valueshop late Tues evening and it was delivered before 9.00am on Friday using the standard delivery option.
