I booked a holiday to the Hilton Maldives with Dreamticket and got back yesterday. The holiday went amazingly well and when I spoke to other guests in the resort, many of them had also booked with Dream Ticket and everyone seemed pretty happy with them.

I had a very good experience, and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The one thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel made me switch rooms on the day we moved in, because they'd double booked that room. However, I did get a better room and a free massage thrown in, so I cant complain too much.

I've booked many holidays via DreamTicket.com and have always found them to be competitive, helpful, friendly yet professional.

The first time a called them I was very apprehensive after reading some reviews... but decided to give them a try.

Upon calling them I was greeted by a friendly young lady. She was bubbly, helpful and had a wealth of knowledge. She went way beyond the call of duty to find my perfect holiday.

I have since gone on to book 2 more holidays and the service Faith provided ...

    DONT EVER BOOK WITH DREAMTICKET!!!

I booked a borneo trip 6 months ago and due to be flying in a week and they hve called me and decided to tell me last minute that the orangatang tour has been overbooked and our tour is cancelled.

They are useless at getting back to you, only good at calling you when they need you to book but after that their service is rubbish. I highly advise people not to use them.....and if they do GOOD LUCK!!!

I called up dreamticket for a holiday to the Maldives after seeing the Kuredu Island on their website. The consultant I spoke to told me the flight on Qatar that was shown on the web was not available. I was a little suspicious about this, but it turned out that their website did not check live availability. I was given the option of flights with Emirates which were about £120 more expensive than the holiday with Qatar Airways but this was still £300 per person cheaper than the next ...

Good at call you back a hundred times to make a booking but that's about it.We booked a honeymoon package with Dreams to Maldives which clearly said on the booking details it was a 'honeymoon' package'. We arranged the payment structure but before payment was due we were told we had to pay now to confirm the booking. When we did pay we asked if the rate had changed due to new surcharges but we were advised it has not. Now after paying the balance we are being called for more money and on top of ...

Please read this before you book a holiday with Dreamticket (Dt).

Last year we booked a family holiday to Mauritius with Dreamticket ' " the cost was something over £7000.
Although we found the holiday on their web site the booking was made by telephone. During our telephone call the Dt representative did not give us any warnings about building works and did not suggest that we checked any details on the Dt web site.

When we arrived at the hotel we found the Main Restaurant and Spa cl ...

We got an amazing deal with DreamTicket. Excellent customer service, before and after sales, and fast processing and ticket delivery. DreamMalaysia.com; one of the subsidiaries of DreamTicket.com is really helpful, and they arranged everything from a pick-up at the airport to 5* accommodation, and one of the greatest holidays out there. They really know how to treat you like royalty.

We called Dreamticket to book a holiday to Dubai over the kids half term in February. Because we had left it quite late there were no beach hotels left. Our reservations consultant however was absolutely brilliant. She suggested a few alternative beach hotels in neighbouring cities to Dubai, as well as some very good value city hotels that provided free beach access.

However, she suggested that if we really wanted to experience Arabian culture, have a great holiday on the beach and stay in gr ...

DreamTicket - Found a great package combining Dubai and the Maldives. The price was better than any other site I checked, and when I called them I got great service.

I like this site, and used it to research what I wanted before I called them. Saved me a lot of time, especially because I could see the package price on their site, rather having the sales assistant manually calculating the rate.

    Top marks!
