Good Points: So far has played everything I've put in it (dvd, vcd, cd, dvd+rw, dvd-r). Sound is brilliant when listening through headphones or when connecting to external audio speakers.
Bad Points: Sound of the unit itself is a little too quiet in the car over the sound of the engine. May need connecting to portable speakers for best sound.
General comments: The Mustek PL408S is very easy to use and comes with all the leads you could need, including ear phones, car adapter, mains adapter and leads for connecting to tv and audio. Very pleased so far. Lovely sharp picture and nice sized screen. Be invaluable for kids who get bored whilst travelling.
