Good Points: Despite its bulk it is very light and handles nicely. The menus are easy to navigate and the manual to explain them is clear. Images are great as the lens quality is excellent - its a pity it doesn't take standard conventional replacements.

Bad Points: Until it recently started eating batteries it was wonderful. Now it is almost impossible to use without an external power source which makes it only a studio camera now. I can't work out what has gone wrong but can't justify spending cash on repairing it.

General comments: Overall my Finepix 3800 has been brilliant.

It takes excellent video with sound and I personally like the scene positon. You can set the camera for several auto scene set ups: portrait, sports, scene etc. which regulate the shutter speeds.
