    im not usually one to be a busy-body, but MarksElectrical.co.uk (also part of 365electrical.com) totally screwed me over - sending me completely the wrong items (wrong brand - cheaper obviously!, and wrong colour), and refused to exchange them unless I paid another £50 per item pickup charge to swap them! The saving I made on this website as opposed to laskeys.com, littlewoodsappliances.com and appliancesonline.com was only £15 to £25 - and now they want to charge me £100 to rectify their mistake! customer service is appalling - not interested in keeping a customer base - when i explained the situation and that I wouldnt be recommending them to anyone if they didnt put right their mistake, their response was, and i quote "well it doesnt matter because we've got your money now sir". The cheeky so-and-sos. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    Ordered by telephone on the 4th November and it was delivered on the 7th November. Time slot notified the day before delivery by phone and email which was between 9am-12noon. At all times this company , Marks Electrical was very professional and polite. So when the deliveryman Simon S. arrived at my door at 25 minutes past 9am I was very pleased as that left the rest of the day to get on.

    Marks Electricals stored our appliances until the kitchen was ready,we agreed a date and time for delivery and arrived as planned.
    Steve W and Craig who delivered the goods were both polite and positioned
    them where asked.

    I was very impressed with the service. The company sent me a text message the day before delivery, giving a time slot. On delivery day the driver, Mark, called when he was twenty minutes away.

    Mark was extremely helpful and friendly. The freezer was placed in utility room and all packaging removed.

    I would definitely recommend to others. I have no criticisms at all.

    MY ELECTRIAL APPLIANCES WERE ALL DELIVERED ON TIME COULD NOT FAULTED THE SERVICE. THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS CALLES STEVE W HE WAS SO EFFICIENT AND POLITE

    Ordered with pricerunner.co.uk yesterday - received by 10 30 a.m. today. The driver rang me 20 minutes before arrival and was very pleasant. A refreshing experience these days, I would certainly use you again.

    first time have purchased anything online found Pricerunner UK easy, delivery on time, the driver phoned 30 min before arrival very helpful.

    well done pricerunner(364 electrical) ordered hotpoint ultima 1600 on tues evening delivery fri 27th between 11am - 2pm delivery driver mick h telephoned to say he wouls be about 15 mins at 11.15 and sure enough he was there!! new washer delivered well impressed

    Thank you all so much for such SUPER SERVICE!!!. Samsung TV ordered Wednesday evening delivered Friday Morning, TV stand arrived 2 hours later all up and running by 6pm!!, working perfectly, very pleased will certainly tell all my friends & relatives how good your Website is.     This used to give wide trawl of sites/products, Very easy to use, went direct to one page comparison of best with prices, inc. unsponsored sites. Had it on my favourites. Just removed it as it seems to have been emasculated. Only gives limited info on narrow ranges.

    PriceRunner is a great shopping comparison site and should be part of shopping arsenal. They have recently starting writing a great online blog called 'the insider'.

    PriceRunnerUK is a very helpful website when you are looking for the best deal. It compares prices from hundreds of retailers, and helps you to find the best deal. PriceRunner does not actually sell any items, just compares prices.

    I always use PriceRunner before buying something.

    I would like to inform pricerunner UK that I have found the after sales service with pixmainia has been diabolical and due to this I will never buy an electrical item on line again. It has totally put me off internet buying.

    PriceRunnerUK is very easy to use, it actually compares prices for you. This site has a good selection of digital cameras about 50 pages of cameras to view.
