What I do not understand about stagecoach buses is the fact they expect us to pay quite abit of money when it adds up but they don't turn up on time, definitely are not reliable and sometimes don't even turn up. It gets me really angry how the bus drivers act towards the paying customers! There attitude is absolutely disgusting and I think it needs sorting out. “LATE OR DOESNT TURN UP”

I have to travel an hour on two different stagecoach buses in order to get to college. One is the 17/18 now this bus is either 10 minutes early to the stop in which case it will see no one there and drive straight past, or I will be at the stop and it will still drive straight past even if I have signaled that I want to get on. “Always late”

Bus 32 is always late been waiting for about an hour and a half now and the bus has still not turned up.. It's bad enough you cut the services down to every hour even with that the bus is still late.. I got on my school bus after I had left my work experience placement at a local primary school (as the bus drops off just outside it) and I explained to the driver that I pay for the bus on a termly basis (for which I pay over £4 a day) but I had forgotten my bus pass. I gave the bus driver as much evidence as possible without providing my pass however he still refused to let me onto the bus without my pass. “ALWAYS LATE”

Never turn up on time. The 219 service in Manchester is absolutely appalling, due to the poor punctuality of the buses I have missed trains, appointments and other events. I left my home at 5:30pm to catch a train at 6:20pm, the journey would take approx 15-20 minutes, the bus didn't turn up until 6pm which resulted in me missing my train. “Friendly, helpful, smooth driving”

on 27.12 (Saturday) I arrived in Manchester airport and I took the stagecoach bus 43 to Piccadilly. The driver was Asian, young boy who was very helpful and he was driving very smooth. I was very satisfied because I didn't know exactly where to get out of the bus but he helped me and explained me the best station for me. “Unreliable service, a waste of money”

I have been travelling with Stagecoach buses to get to work for almost 6 months now, and I can say that I'm not satisfied at all. I feel like it's a waste of money - I had to walk to or from work several times and was late because the buses are NEVER on time. What's more, the timetable on the net is completely different from the timetable placed in the bus stops! There is supposed to be a GPS bus tracking system in every county of the U.K but it doesn't work. Bedfordshire council wasted over £750,000 on "Real Time" information yes very few buses can be tracked.

“Late, unreliable and don't care”

The number 2 bus service between Ashford and Tenterden has to be one of most unreliable in the country. I have missed so many trains and appointments through needing to depend on this service, and infuriatingly, they don't appaer to really care. There is never an apology on late arrival, and on the single occasion I said something after waiting for half an hour in the rain and missing my train, the driver told me he was going to be late home too so he knew all about it. “Appalling”

Always late, sometimes miss a bus out completely. I have to rely on Stagecoach Lancashire service to get me from one job to the next and I am very close to being sacked from the second due to not being able to arrive in time, which wouldn't be a problem if the bus actually showed up. I was so frustrated the other day I rang Stagecoach to report that the bus was 20 minutes late. The response that I got was 'we aren't the best service'. “Mis-managed Shambles”

Bedford Stagecoach drivers are arrogant, lazy and unpunctual. The buses are dirty and not maintained properly. The 73 Bedford-Biggleswade service is the worst, the drivers won't stop for customers unless they stand in the road with the arm out on the Cambridge Road. The drivers commonly leave late then drive illegally, speeding trying to 'make up' time. The manager is never available and Stagecoach customer service is non existent.
