Hence their econtract service is completely invalid! anyone can take some one else details and virtually sign up for any contract! For the record, anyone can say they have a relationship with a company such as Google. However, Google doesn't partner with anyone. Yell/Hibu are selling this concept based on the fact that they use PPC and Google places. This fact does not constitute any relationship whatsoever. You've been a victim that Yell and Thomson use. Sorry to be delivering bad news but, this needs to be known and shared.
Now to the Yell/Hibu conflict - if Hibu is the new name for Yell why do they keep the name YELL.com and Yellsites? It simply confuses the market and they are dead in the water with shares trading at under half of one UK penny and Thompson's owner has been trying to divest itself of the business since 2008.
As for Yellsites, all they are doing to achieve SEO results is by buying domain names such as painters and decorators Luton (for instance). Google sees this as being relevant and ranks the page. The content of these sites is rubbish. All they deliver is good Google ranking. As for interest to customers, they offer no value whatsoever and by customers, I mean the end-user not the business concerned.
