Good Points: The staff are superb, they are kind, helpfull and know a lot of the region. The hotel gives you a nice feeling, almost like being home. The rooms are nice and there is a nice bar to drink something with the other guests.
Bad Points: The walk to the elevators at the ski piste is about 3 minutes, I don't mind but this could be the only thing people don't like about this hotel. The rest is just fine.
General comments: I've been to Hotel Max for 3 years. I can only look back at my stays with a big smile and wish to go back this season. After I've been to 3 other resorts now I know that Zell am See is the place to be for me. Specially since Dirk and Katrin are there to look after me.
They are the best hosts I've ever met in my life. My stays there were very good and I really miss them. Thats why i'm trying to convince my friends to go there this year again.

Zell Am See, Hotel Max - This hotel turned out to be better than expected, to be honest. The service was superb, staff very friendly and able to speak many languages. The rooms were comfortable.
At the time of year, the hotel wasn't particularly busy, but the impression given was that this hotel would be excellent all year round.
All in all, the holiday, which was an activity holiday with Tall Stories, was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both.
