Customer service was excellent. The staff were polite and considerate. Don't try and access the internet as it's very expensive. Breakfast got a bit boring after a while, but Beau Rivage in Mauritius is an enjoyable place overall.

The Beau Rivage is an amazing resort. The activities never stop, at daytime or night time. The rooms are amazing, especially the 300 square meter maharajah suite, with 2 jacuzzis, dining room, kitchen, and the best view in the hotel... you get the idea. The food is of the finest quality, wherever you eat, your not likely to be disappointed.

To sum it all up... Beau Rivage is a brilliant value for money resort, with excellent service, facilities, watersports, food, rooms, pool, activities, s ...

Beau Rivage: I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Very relaxing resort. Beautiful beach and pool areas. Staff are excellent and cater to every whim.

Good hotel for families with kids. They have a kids clubs, games rooms and the hotel arranges games on the beach like volleyball, waterpolo and bowls.

    Spa - exceptional massages offered.

Variety of cuisines offered in restaurants. I am a very fussy eater and was catered for.

Countries like any other products have a cycle in marketing terms. Initially they are responsive to provide VFM to gain entry in the market. Then when demand grows they become complacent and see the tourist as a cash cow. Mauritius is now at this latter stage. If this was my first holiday I might have been less perceptive. Nonetheless I shall not return to Mauritius.

Beau Rivage was Excellent, it was friendly, and staff were. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Food was excellent and varied. Loads for the kids (5 + 14) to do - clean, sandy beach, mini golf, volleyball, water skiing (and they patiently taught beginners), pedaloes, windsurfing, table tennis, tennis, enormous pool.

We had our honeymoon at the Beau Rivage! The staff were just so great. Showing a lot of genuine care and good nature to guests and with a great sense of humor. Hotel rooms were so spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was huge. The conceige could almost get you anything and suggest when to go on excursions. If you like to be pampered this is the place to go. The food was lovely with staff on hand to cook u up anything you liked.

Beau Rivage is a great hotel, obviously run with efficiency, by a dedicated and cheerful young staff, expertly overseen by a very experienced general manager. We were very impressed and look forward to returning.

Beau Rivage - Fantastically attentive & genuinely friendly staff who actually give the impression they enjoy what they're doing. Beautiful hotel and grounds, superb swimming pool, wonderful food, enormous rooms. Everything about this place is so laid back and yet you wait for nothing. I would go back here rather than for instance Le Touserock or Le Saint Gerain.

Only down point is the same as all other five star hotels in Mauritius... The prices for the Mini Bar are outrageous and drinks are ...
