Bad Points: The story is not interesting than the previous film.

General comments: Similar and excellent animation of its prequel.Debut of the cat(voiced by Antonio Bendarus) makes so much funny than the donkey.Final song and the return of dragon is very humorous.Suitable for all genre. From the prequel the journey of Shrek and his wife(Fionna) continues. They met and stay with Fionna's father who is the King.He dislikes both of them.A magical witch confront with Shrek and she kidnapped Fionna.Accidently the King turned into Frog by the witch. At last the Shrek making adventures to rescue Fionna with his team members such as donkey, cat and dragon etc.Very funny story and I recommend this film for all genre.

Shrek 2 - Once again another great film, not just for kids like it's made out to be. The only bad thing is that I prefer chick flicks, but that's nothing much against this film. Our whole family enjoyed it, I would definitely recommend you go and see it.

Shrek 2 - Another cracker from DreamWorks/PDI (or PDI/DreamWorks whatever you fancy.) Shrek 2 is a fantastically colourful array of wit, characters and overall good fun. Whether it's a giant gingerbreadman or a bush shaped liked Shirley Bassey, Shrek 2 piles on the laughs!! A must for fans of the first movie. Can't wait for the DVD!!

Shrek 2 - We all know that sequels can be a bit iffy, but this is definitely not one of them. If you liked the first film you will love the second and if you haven't seen the first one yet, then shame on you! Get out there and rent/buy them both as soon as you can.

Shrek 2 has to be one of the funniest cartoon films of 2004. This is a film for all ages, really really funny, a must see for all ages. Stay till after the credits because there is another part with Donkey, Drargon and Puss in Boots.

Shrek 2 is a great film - real belly laughs generated especially thanks to Puss-in-Boots (animated & a cat but still sexy Antonio!) Storyline doesn't flow as well as in Shrek but it's still a 'must-see' film in my opinion and I'm really looking forward to seeing it again to catch all those little funnies that are quietly played to the sides - think the three blind mice are worth watching carefully too - some real adult humour there!

I took my son to see Shrek 2 as he adores the first film and we were definitely not disappointed with the sequel. Shrek 2 is a film that makes you laugh from start to finish. Myself and my son highly recommend this film to everyone no matter how young or old you are! I don't want to say too much about what happens in the film but I think the best new character has to be the cat as he was so cute...
If you have been thinking about going to see this film then think no more and go and see it you ...

Although I can't say, hand on heart, that Shrek 2 was better than the first, it's still definitely worth going to see. The cat is absolutely fantastic and Donkey turns into a horse for half the film. Unfortunately, Dragon doesn't feature in this one. But if you're a diehard Shrek fan, be warned - the loveable ogre is only an ogre at the beginning and end of the film. If you want to know about the rest of the film, you'll have to watch it!

Shrek 2 was great fun, a real family treat. It makes adults as well as children laugh and seems to bring a smile to everyone's face. I'm not going to say much about it as I don't want to ruin the film for other people, but I do recommend that everyone should go see it as its truly funny.

Shrek 2 - I'm not going to run through the story as other reviewers have, as I think this would spoil it if you wanted to go see the film.
All I'll say is that I think the follow up to Shrek has been made with more adult-comedy, and incorporates more modern concepts including a Starbucks coffee house in Far Far Away Land, a Sir Justin (Justin Timberlake) plaque on the wall of one of the rooms, and a 'thong-wearing' Pinocchio!
Hilarious for all the family (I loved it and I'm an 18 year old gu ...

Before I even set foot in the cinema I had already seen or heard about the best parts of Shrek 2 due to constant reviews and adverts. I thought it was far too hyped.
As someone said in a previous review, it was predictable. I found only a handful of scenes laugh out loud funny. None came from the main characters. Although I did find Puss-In-Boots hilarious at one point - then he faded into the background.
It is a good story and the effects are brilliant. The cast is perfect as well - I particu ...

Shrek 2 (PG) - The storyline follows Shrek and Fiona's (and Donkey of course) journey to meet Fiona's parents in the land of Far Far Away. Fiona's father finds it hard to accept Shrek as his son in law and reluctantly sets about helping the Fairy Godmother's attempts to get Fiona to marry her son, Prince Charming. All the great jokes and film references are there as per the original, along with the superb fairytale characters. Again the voices are performed by the original cast as well as additi ...

Shrek 2 is another good follow-on movie even though a little predictable at times.
Shrek goes to meet his in-laws, and yes you guessed they're shocked to see what their daughter has married and what she's become.
Fiona's father won't accept Shrek and it turns out that he had made a deal with the "Fairy Godmother" to lock Fiona in the tower to wait for "Prince Charming" to awaken her, it turns out that "Prince Charming" is the "Fairy Godmothers" son.
After a sligtly drawn out plot of spells an ...
