    Good Points: Quite good selection of cars.


    Bad Points: Extremely bad after sales service and some of the staff are very unfriendly.


    General comments: Recenly purchased a car from Autopia Motor Sales in Cwmbran. The car ran fine for three weeks but then developed an engine fault and lost a lot of power and the air conditioning also broke. As the car was sold with a three month warranty I returned it them to fix. Was then contacted and told the car was fixed, however, when I collected the car there was still a loss of power from the engine and the air conditioning was still broken. Contacted Autopia again, and was told to bring it back for them to look at again, which I did. They then contacted me again and told me that the air conditioning and the engine problem had been fixed. Collected the car and both problems had still not been fixed.

    All in all, I have received a very poor service from Autopia and a work colleague has also had bad experience with this company.
