    OK, take a look at what you buy. Then Trade Sales try & flog you an extended warranty. I bought an extended warranty, its a whopping £500.00, sell the car with 1 year of warranty remaining & i then find out it is non transferable. A discrace & you cannot even get a partial refund.!!

    I would, with care, consider using them again BUT, and I recommend this to anyone else:
    Take plenty of time to prepare a COMPREHENSIVE checklist and try to think of everything, especially all the accesories you expect to be present.

    Travelled down from North Essex, which probably is not that far but got to Trade Sales and it was snowing. Sales person was courteous and could see that it was hard for us to make up our mind, so kindly took us into the show room, had a coffee. Spoke to guy called Barry, who kindly gave his time and showed us the Daihatsu Copen in the show room.     I am so disappointed with my latest dealings with Trade Sales. I bought at a good price three years ago and all went well. This time I purchased a Ford Focus on-line and the salesman walked around the car saying he was going to be brutal with his inspection. As I had a long journey I hoped he would be honest.
