Good Points: Informative, helpfulness from ALL staff, early and late opening hours in all departments, friendly welcoming approach, no pressure selling experience!
Bad Points: None whatsoever
General comments: Alan Day Honda Southampton is a well kept, large, well staffed dealership. I shall look forward to visiting them for years to come. I bought a new Civic from them this month, the experience was very special and I left the dealership feeling like I had spent my savings well. I would recommend any person to Alan Day.

I purchased a new Civic es 06 from Alan Day Honda, Southampton and the car is outstanding, however, the dealership I think did not like someone to buy the car out rite. They wanted to get rid of me asap. The customer service questioner sent out by the "management" of the company, although filled in and sent back with some comments was never acknowledged, so I won't be recommending this dealership.

I had decided to purchase a diesel Honda Civic having had a Civic 1.4 petrol engine for three years from Alan Day Honda, Portsmouth. A discount was offered if the car was registered by 28th June. The new car performs excellently giving about 55mpg on combined trips. There are differences in the way the diesel engine operates compared with a diesel engine. I have usually accelerated away at lights but find that with the diesel engine there is a slight time delay before the rapid acceleration kic ...
