DO NOT BUY FROM SPRINGBURN BRANCH. I purchased a car from this branch 7 weeks ago, sold to me with a faulty clutch! I live 150 miles from the branch and they refused to allow a local garage to repair insisting they could do the job cheaper including providing a car transporter to collect and deliver back. I set off to Arnold Clark's Motorstore Nottingham with the full intension of purchasing a pre registered Hyundai Tucson, the only thing they had to do was offer me a fair trade in price for my car. The car I was trading in was in excellent condition being 3 years and 5 months old, fsh and low mileage and with plenty of factory fitted extras. Brought a ford cMAX from these car dealers NEVER AGAIN! 1. All the brake pads and disk's need replacing (warning) 2. I spent nearly £20,000.00 on a brand new Vauxhall MOVANO, within 1000 miles the door handles were loose and falling off. The worse one was the side door, where i have £15,000.00 worth of tools and welding equipment in the back. We had to contact the branch on 2 occasions after buying the car and the service received from both the salesmen, the service department and the customer service department was appalling on both occasions. The salesmen acted like they didn't care and never bothered returning calls. The service dept manager was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. The last time my ( low profile sports alloys ) came off my car was when Arnold Clark Lang Stracht Aberdeen took them off to replace my brake pedal cylinder. They popped the wheel locking nut back in the bag and put it in my glove box. I ordered and paid for 4 winter tyres yesterday 23.11.16 as my current tyres were slipping terribly in the ice and scaring me. I went to ATS to collect them today. I just want to stress my concerns about ‘Arnold Clark Craigshaw Branch Aberdeen’. Firstly I bought my car in 2013 from a ‘trainee’ sales advisor called Okey who told me the first would be £170 monthly for 3 years. Fine I bought the car. After the first payment being taking out of my bank it was £200 which is £30 more than what we agreed and signed for. I bought a new Toyota Yaris and took out a Service Plan. Some weeks later I decided to gift the car to my daughter who lives in Plymouth. I later discovered that there was no AC Toyota for a very long way away from Plymouth to do the servicing. I went to view a fiat 500 1.2 pop on 11th October at Arnold Clark Preston - on viewing the vehicle i noticed that the wing/headlamp (passenger side) bonnet and bumper were all misaligned.
