I purchased a Nissan juke from their carmondean garage,i took it back for it,s first mot in February,i also told them that I was concerned with a problem that the engine was cutting out.They carried out the mot which it passed but told me that the problem with the engine cutting out was a faulty gearbox and that it wasn,t safe to use.But because it was under warranty I had to take it to a Nissan dealer(the nearest is in Edinburgh)to get repaired.The reason for this is the dealership is no… Read Full Review

I have had to give one star to leave a review. This place deserves no stars at all... Left a fully refundable £100 deposit on a second hand car on 11 Jan 2015 having agreed with the sales man that the damaged driver's seat would be repaired. He assured us that even if the seat was not fixed to our satisfaction we could change our mind and get a full refund. Thought it was just me that believed this lot to be bad but the response I have had from them in Northwich is terrible. Sullen service staff who are the most unfriendly I have ever met. They fit parts that fail but then want nothing to do with the problem, just reverting back to Vauxhall who surprise surprise don't want to know. I just purchased a brand new corsa ltd from arnoldclark winsford sales staff etc can not fault them. I have a problem with my roof lining it has stress marks in it. Vauxhall were sent picks although not that good so declined under warranty. I then sent an email to head office and the reply i got was one of so what they all come like that throughout the range wrong as proved when we looked at another corsa. Entered one of their dens yesterday with a family member with the vision of taking the car home apparently I had an attitude problem. Arnold Clark is a joke! The staff was a great to sell the car, the manager shake my hand and said "if you have any problems lets speak to our team" A few hours later a phone them and told them that there is a problem with my car and the Arnold Clark team treated me like a sh...it!!!!! You would think I would have learned my lesson by now. I have bought my last 3 cars from Arnold Clark in Armadale. The first was a Citreon Picasso that kept loosing power and would just die on me, they were unable to fix the car so had to take it back and gave me another Picasso that was a basic model but at least it ran. had car in several times for radio fault. told them it only occurred when car moving and must be a loose wire. car under warranty so they put in new radio and still samne issue. eventually checked wiring to find loose earth. Then at a service said they could not source rear discs. my pal got them for me next day. My 62 plate Hyudia ix35 lost power suddenly, recovery vehicle dropped car at Arnold Clark Hyudia in Stirling. I suspected fuel filter issue, ( 2nd replacement, 1st replacement fitted by Arnold Clark, lasted 11 months) and coincidently Hyudia battery packed in also. In addition my reversing camera packed in, hands free wasn't clear. Bought note from AR dundee east told it had full service and MOT very nice car he said. consumption by dash readout 36 mpg run 47 mpg. after 3 months and 1000 mls. management light came on. AR said £89 for diagnostic, informed landa sensors faulty. These were replaced cost £300+. Bought a car from Armadale Arnold Clark . Noticed scratch on the bumper and damaged alloys and worn front tyres . Salesman said tyres were legal as workshop have passed them so can't change. Though would fix bumper and alloys . Collected car scratch was fixed but alloys hadn't been touched. Took car to another Arnold for a tyre check and they said I needed two tyres as o suspected . booked on line a from £89 service because my car had only done 5000 miles since last service and is only 2 years old at pick up I was told they had done a full manufacturers service at a cost of £207. this should have been explained at time of booking( NOT GOOD ENOUGH ARNOLD)I've bought my last 3 or 4 cars from lyme-dale branch and had them all serviced there looks like I will be looking at other dealers in future Arnold. so beware of the FROM in front of the £89 people… Read Full Review
