General comments: Citi Financial took over my old credit card company so I am a customer of Citi by default.
I have had nothing but problems with them. If you phone up the automated payment line and it doesn't work. Citi will put you through to a "customer service agent" and they will try and charge you £5 for paying your bill!!
There is poor customer service. There is no loyalty scheme. There are no 0% balance transfers. There is nothing, only grief!
I may be a bit biased as I am currently taking CitiFinancial to court over their unlawful charges. Do yourself a favour, don't bother applying for one.

Citi may publish information about your card or your account, and one customer service representative may tell you one thing, then another agent tells you that the information published and the previous representative's information was wrong, and they will not take responsibility for it. They do not provide good customer service.
