    Good Points: Large display, portrait format. I like the turn by turn navigation and clarity of display.

    General comments: When the garmin iQue 3600 works it is quite good.Always locking up, loses maps, navigation route or audio mid navigation, unit then useless unless you have laptop map disk base stand and programs handy for reprogramming, not always possible, especially whilst traveling abroad. Battery capacity very poor, 1 hour max when used as PDA, 10 minutes with GPS operational. This is my 5th unit fed up of sending them back.

    GPS Receiver is very poor - slightest problem reception is lost unless an external antenna is used. Build quality of cables (used in in-car mount) is poor, I have sent the Garmin iQue 3600 back to Garmin for them to sort out. However, having used other systems, I have found the Garmin easy to use - you don't have to refer to manuals to understand it - hence the high score. It's also handy having all of my contacts and other useful info on one device, which can interface easily with Outlook.

    I have enjoyed using the Garmin iQue 3600 Satellite Navigation System while navigating the various cities of the United States for a year now. It always gets me stress free to my destination. The other features of the iQue 3600 are similar to other Palm PDAs and are excellent.
