    Good Points: Quiet ride

Bad Points: None yet...not had them long enough!

General comments: The Yokohama S306 are better than the Pirelli P7000s I used to have on my Subaru...they were shocking.

I would not even think about fitting another Yokohama tyre after this experience. I would say that these are the worst set of tyres I have ever bought. I have had remoulds that are better manufactured. Gave a bad vibration at speeds which could not be eliminated, even on my own calibrated tyre balancer to 1gram tolerance. My mid range Firestone Multihawks at 2/3 the price of the yokohama are far superior.

A good all weather tyre. Superb grip, excellent for cornering in wet or dry weather conditions. A good all weather tyre. Superb grip, exelent for cornering in wet or dry weather conditions.

Stumbled across these tyres as they were fitted to my previous Alfa but would definately fit them to my current car.

I had these Yokohama S306 Tyres on an XR2i 16V (not too good anyway I know) and I did find them very good in the dry with a lot of feel and predictable grip.

In the wet they are ok but not as good as the Eagle F1s I replaced them with. I also found that they tend to wear very quickly, in typical Yoko style.

For a reasonably high performance tyre I found them very easy to live with. Very quiet on the motorway and good at small bump absorbsion.
