The life span is great from these tryes, My front have covered 30,000 before a replacement was need and my second set was checked to day and are still around 3mm. These have covered 20,000 since fitting. Cost more when purchasing but my old ford used to use marshalls that needed replacing every 12,000 miles! (front)

I have just worn out my first set of these Michelin Pilot Exacto Tyres and will be buying them again after trying others. I have had the Goodyear Eagles and Conti Sport Contact 2 fitted before and these beat them all ( the Goodyears were virtually unbeatable in the dry, or so I thought!!).
I fitted the Exalto's after using the Goodyars and finding them poor on cold days (apparently common) and the problem was solved! They perform very well in all temperatures and are incredibly grippy on wet roads, which is very handy as I'm based in Wales. The wear on them has been good and not uneven at all. The only gripe I've got with them is that they can start to 'grain' when driven hard before the first 1mm has worn off. Once they've bedded in (took about 1000 miles) they could take anything I chucked at them and never suprised me!
Strongly recommended for all weather if you like to drive enthusiastically!! Just shop around for the best price (usual for Michelin!).
