I have Private banking so went for the highest option insuarnce as I get a discount. ELITE (what ever)

Insuarnce my wifes ring for 3500 green and benz ring worth 3200 but extra cover to make sure. Paid out 1600 by natwest cant replace ring screwed over. They tell me they do not insure against brands im now changing incase I get broken into. They take my panansonic tele and 3500 of golf clubs all natwset will give me back are cheap asda clubs and a cheap home brand tele.
NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM ELITE.

After damaging our Digital Camera beyond repair, have been claiming since April for a replacement through natwest home insurance. Each time Homeserve, on behalf of NatWest, offer us a different camera, each one being a much lesser spec than our damaged one. Have spoken to various people at NatWest and made official complaint, but nobody has come back to us to explain, and sort out. We are extremely disappointed with NatWest's service to date.

Having been with NatWest Insurance for over 10 years, I have needed to make my first claim. My daughter got ink on the settee (part of a 3 piece suite). The claim went in as requested, and I have been told that they will only repair the settee, which is useless, because the suite will not match. I have had many discussions, and I have been told that it's in their T&C's that they will not replace a full set.

My other half and myself have both opened bank accounts with Natwest in the past. On one particular trip to open a new account we were chatting with the customer adviser when they mentioned that Natwest also provides home insurance. As we had no insurance at the time we were interested in hearing more about the cover they provide. We were taken to a private consultation booth and went through our house details with a very friendly young man. He asked us all the common questions such as how much ...
