    I had been with then over 15 years. I only found out how bad they were when I went to made a claim for a water leak. The assessor was rude and arrogant and treated me like some silly girl. His answer to fo fill it with foam - what a bodge. I tried many many times to make myself understood at the non-uk call centre. It was terribly stressfull. You'd have though I wanted the bathroom rebuilt, the claim as only £500. Everyone I spoke to was very unhelpful and just gave parrot fashion remarks. They were hopeless I would never, never, recomend them ever again. The stress of it all was'nt work making the claim.

    I accidental washed my husband's mobile phone and they replaced without any hassle at all. The previous year, our oven extractor unit fell off the wall and smash the glass of my expensive electric halogen oven. I rang them explained and within a few hours I had a call from an electrical supplier, we agreed on the model that was a replacement of my oven and I received it a couple of days later. They have always been friendly, easy to deal with and, importantly, pay out without any problems.

    Zurich Home Insurance is quite expensive and they don't cover what they say they would - my handbag was stolen but they won't cover that as it is clothing!

    Whilst the premium is not the cheapest it shows in what your actually entitled to claim for, all a lot more than the average home insurance. All straightforward paperwork and very friendly, helpful staff when i have called with a query I feel confident having insurance through this company

    Zurich Home Insurance are very satisfactory when dealing with claims. They have good pricing, instant no hassle service, good all round.

    They are probably do not offer the absolute cheapest home insurance premiums on the market, but Zurich Home Insurance are very efficient! They dealt with every aspect, including repairs from start to finish.

    I have transferred some of my other insurance to Zurich

    I rate this company, and I have been unable to find another company that will insure my property for a similar sum with the same degree of protection.

    They offer prompt expert attention, and they are willing to insure a house that does not conform to the usual description of brick walls under a tile roof. They have good contents insurance, and there is prompt attention to claims.
