    Good Points: Friendly staff who speak english!


    Bad Points: None as of yet but will let you know if i need to make any claims


    General comments: Have just arranged my cover with Fleetplan after obtaining quotes from about 5 brokers.

    Fleetplan seemed to know what they are at and didn't bombard me with robot talk or jargon!

    This is the first time I have used a fleet insurance as my vans have been covered separately and have found the fleet policy gives me more flexibility as to who can drive wich is a bonus.

    Competent and friendly staff, they saved me £1200 last year and just had my renewal which has gone down even further so well chuffed! You can get through without the automated messages at the start of the call which makes a refreshing change.

    I reported a claim under my fleet policy which was with Service, and FleetPlan wouldn't deal with the claim, as they forgot to tell me that they part-own Service, which wasn't in their terms of business agreement; in direct violation of the FSA terms.

    Totally unacceptable.
