    Good Points: None this is as good as it gets.


    Bad Points: Car still not repaired after five months.
    Courtesy car unsuitable.
    Long time with no transport due to my insured car being returned in an un-roadworthy condition.
    Liverpool & Victoria advised me to take and use the car with wrong parts fitted and in an un-roadworthy condition after I informed them of the condition that the car was returned to me in post repair.
    They sent me out a letter practically calling me a liar with a so you say tone, forcing me further expense by having to prove the fault with a very costly independent inspection which reports the car as un-roadworthy.
    The 'get back to you shortly' phone calls never come.
    My car was collected and driven in an un-roadworthy condition, risking further damage to the car or a third party after being told my car would be uplifted and transported for re repair.
    I was told no courtesy car was available, but the person who collected my car arrived and parked a courtesy car I had had previously outside my house for a day.
    All staff at Liverpool & Victoria have been argumentative and have an evasive attitude and are a tad snooty.
    I now have a car that is worth thousands of pounds less due to having wrong parts fitted, Hundreds of pounds in excesses and hundreds of pounds extra insurance due to loss of no claims on top of the worthless premium to start.


    General comments: Stay well clear of Liverpool & Victoria Commercial Vehicle Insurance, get yours at Tesco's or Direct Line. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
