    Booked an international delivery on 12th July through valueflora - today's the 22nd July. Nothing's been delivered yet. So far - no reply from customer service. Terribly disappointed. What a shambles. Won't use again!

    great packaging
    very reasonably priced

    would certainly send flowers by Valueflora again; it was sooo easy and the flowers were lovely.

    They turned up late today (wed). I am disappointed as I ordered in good time, specified Saturday thinking Monday would be the latest, as 1st class but they were still 3 days late! No phone number listed on website and tracking ID for parcel did not work when I tried.

    I am so frustrated with Valueflora.com. I ordered a birthday gift 6 days before delivery. Was told I'd get a guaranteed delivery and received nothing. Have sent over 20 emails and a letter and have received no reply as of yet - nor do they have a telephone number on their website.

    Delivery was not within specified time, even after paying extra to guarantee it was so! I felt that customer service was bordering on rude and certainly didn't attempt to compensate me at all for my inconvenience.

    I'm now very angry with the company and would never use them again.

    I used to love ValueFlora. That was before a series of errors on their part which they did little to rectify. The replacement they sent didn't show up and the "special" replacement replacement arrived 2 weeks late. The promised refund never materialised either. I gave them 4 months of email correspondence - no phone number - before sending everything to their mail address with a covering letter. Three months later I've had no reply yet.

    I suppose like most things you get what you pay for. My mum tried to make the best out of a disappointing experience, but I could have done a lot better by buying flowers from my local supermarket........I found no way of contacting this company by telephone in order to find out what went wrong and my emails were ignored.
    Very poor.

    Would not recommend. Flowers were in a bad state, I paid for an extra 12 flowers and only got an extra 4. Can't get to speak to anyone and they haven't responded to my emails.

    I will never use Valueflora www.valueflora.com again. Would rather pay the extra money for Interflora. Not delivered when promised. Money taken out of my account twice. Have sent three emails over a course of 2 weeks. No response whatsoever. Where is the telephone number????!!!!

    Do not use valueflora the flowers may be cheap, the service and customer service is poor. Use florist with a contact number so if any problems arise you can contact them by phone to have them sorted out.

    My orders were meant to include free chocolates, which never came, and I had to spoil the surprise by asking my Gran if they had arrived, as they were late.

    ValueFlora online florists did not get back to me, and they did not deliver what they were meant to.

    I have been charged £25 for goods that have not been delivered. There seems to be little chance of either having the goods delivered or of getting a refund from Valueflora online florists.

    My boyfriend ordered a bunch of roses from the Online Florists Valueflora and I'm still waiting to recieve them, after contacting the customer service department via E-mail, we were assured an alternaitve bunch of flowers would be sent. Never the less we are still waiting, and they will not apply to any of our current e-mails. After reading several reviews on this company from various sites it seems they wouldnt understand the meaning of customer service if it slapped them in the face. DO NOT US ...

    Something seems to have gone very wrong with this on-line florist in the last week, and based on recent experience I would not use them again. I find it very frustrating and annoying that there is no way of contacting them directly, and think it a cheek that I am still getting marketing emails from them for Mothers Day flowers!

    Wouldn't recommend using them. They look as though they have been posting phoney positive reviews on web sites to get business. Don't get suckered in - they are fly by night operators. Why haven't they got a phone number? When you have lost your money, upset your wife/girlfriend/mother etc because no flowers arrived and then wasted time emailing them you too will be writing a similar bad review. Avoid all of this and spend a bit more money and go with a better company.

    I placed my order with ValueFlora on the 13th of February, in the morning when the website was promising 14th of February delivery, so you would expect everything to just happen. But I, and more importantly my wife are still waiting. The money has left my account.

    I have not even received an automated acknowledgement of either my order or the three follow up emails I have sent to ValueFlora. I have experienced bad service before (elsewhere), but I have never experienced no customer service! I ...

    You can check on companies house website and you will see that they have only been incorporated since last month, so I'm not sure how they got the good reviews.

    Absolutely Gutted!
    I had ordered flowers for my fiance for valentines day in a build up of the evening to propose for marriage, the flowers were not delivered and when I have emailed the Company they have responded today, which is the 15th, to tell me that the flowers will be going out today. I'm not to sure what use that would be, I'm absolutely Gutted!!! I would never use these people again and would never recommend them.
