    Bad Points: Cancellation charges far too high.
    Not clear whose providing what.
    Why do Swinton have a different 'arm' which deals with women drivers?


    General comments: My wife took out motor insurance with Diva after going on a comparison website. The quote looked pretty good but it was not clear that Diva is another name for Swinton. The insurance was underwritten by Provident. (There's 3 names involved already!) This information should have been made clear upfront. After 2 months into the policy she cancelled it because she sold her car and didn't replace it.

    She was charged cancellation fee which amounted to 80% of the annual premium!!
