This hosting company is a poor excuse for customer service. The company only has support 9 to 6 Monday to Friday and nothing at the weekends. I have had untold amount off issues with them. We can't email hotmail accounts so have had to use Gmail for a SMTP server. The email constanly stops working and when this happens out of hour you just have to wait. I've been with streamline since 2008 as a bulk user and quite honestly I've never a problem at all. I've never had our main website down, it loads quickly and never had any problems with .php or mysql - our website does over 50Gb of transfer a month. I don't use streamline's email, you wouldn't want to anyway. A third party solution like authsmtp is so much better. I'm hoping I'm not a one off but I've never had any issues. Any problems have been resolved via their support ticket and although I didn't get money back I effectively paid in advance & received equivalent compensation. We have continually complained about the slowness of their servers, but their staff either on the phone or via their online ticketing system don't even comprehend what we are saying. Whether they lack the required English language skills or are just completely computer illiterate, I am unsure. I bought a Domain from them because I needed to buy a domain and they had like 1 month free webhosting or something, so I took it, little did I know that this 1 month contract tied me down to a 1 year contract paying, a not large amount a month still, I didn't really want it.
