Bad Points: Website interface can be a little confusingSome buttons on the website make big changes to your account without asking for a final confirmation or giving much details about what they do.Does require a modicum of knowledge for certain features
General comments: I've used streamline.net for both my personal website and other clients and am so far impressed. They make things simple enough that you can just throw a website onto the internet without much hassle, but allow for more advanced features like MySQL and secure without a huge leap in understanding. I will continue to use their services for other projects.

Helpful staff, I had a problem connecting to my site, I could not work out why, then send me a link saying problem that it could be. First on the list was the problem.
Helpful and fast replys, only if they should send the link out with an email so people dont have to contact them, but otherwise good.

Unfortunately what started as a very good experience now has turned into a nightmare for me.
Price wise their service is very cheap, but their customer support was unhelpful in my opinion. Their technical support teams were inept when it came to my problems I think.

The ordering page should state the full amount to pay
£31.99 turns to £37.58 as the ad price dose not include vat
is say at the bottom of the page (the footer) in grey and on grey back ground. All prices are exclusive of VAT but the order does not show full price therefore I do not recommend Streamline.net

Very fast and friendly assistance. Although it is early days still I am very pleased with Streamline to date. Understand from my relatives they can visit my website without any problem. I have no reason to grumble. Well recommend this web hosting company.

I used streamline for around 3 years for a basic business website. All was fine until i started trying to make things a bit more appealing to the eye.The security they have set up for running scripts (php) is so high, a lot of scripts won't work!The email isn't the best in my experience, luckily i used a different server for my emails so receiving emails wasn't a problem (until i set up an address on my streamline server).Some of the extras are horrendously overpriced. £199 for a mysql ...

I have been a customer since December 2007 and do not regret it one bit. I would recommend people to using streamline for their hosting and when my account is not far off running out Im sure I will be extending it for another 2 years. I have had 100% Uptime since I paid for my hosting and am very impressed with the service. Thank you streamline for your great service and to the technical support for responding fast!

I've been with streamline for nearly two years on the bulk package. The first year with them was fine as my sites were not bringing in much traffic however in the second year, as my sites started to become for successful, streamline began telling me that they were unable to host my websites as they were using too much of the server resources.

We run a charity and signed up a year ago with Streamline. A big mistake.We have had FTP timeouts which prevent installs of popular software, two bouts of downtime (+ 4 days each time), awful support and general slowness.I recommend you DO NOT SIGNUP WITH Streamline - I have received awful service.

I was mislead at sign up time in my opinion, being led to believe I would be paying around 50 GBP per year. I am now paying over 100 as far as I am concerned. Therefore I do not recommend Streamline.net.
I am now in the process of changing hosting providers.
As far as I am aware they have not yet replied to my letters.
WORST HOSTING EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ME PERSONALLY!

Im only 17, but I needed a lot of web hosting space for a lot of clients and personal projects, and for the money Streamline.net is great. Excellent technical support on a ticket system. It says "within 24 hours" on the website, but I had a response within minutes.
The website has been considerably improved since I first used Streamline as a host. It now contains a wealth of information in a visually attractive layout. A good value-for-money hosting service.

I do not recommend Streamline.net.
I can't even view my site most days as far as I am concerned. Streamline in my experience has not been worth the money I payed, As far as I am concerned they over subscribe their servers and I personally was not happy with the way they treated me.

None - Streamline.net are terrible My site is slow the SQL database constantly lags out and my end users constantly complain about being disconnected from my website. Don't use streamline.net - if you do you will regret it. Overall performance of my webspace with Streamline is totally unsatisfactory.

Good when everything is going well, but poor at communicating and resolving problems. Sometimes online responses are poor and unhelpful only to find your problem has been escalated to engineers who are slow to respond.

If you are hosting anything other than a business and don't mind the then I recommend Streamline!Otherwise if it is for a business I do not. Email randomly doesn't work for me as far as I am concerned and the site more often than not "gets lost" as far as I am aware?Technical support in my experience has been unhelpful in my opinion and could not I feel do not care enough when I had a problem
