    Bad Points: bad service, and I'll never buy their stuff again cos they didn't change back my item within 2 days even


    General comments: I bought a top and the staff member said I can change it back in 28 days, and also on the receipt it says, I can change it back if I'm not happy with it.I tried the top on, and i realized its too big, i washed it, cos i had my spray tanned skin i felt it more hygienic to wash it, but they did not change it for that reason. I have a top now, i cant wear, i spent 60pounds in one shopping and when i gone back wanted to buy some more stuff, but i will never ever buy anything with them, because it says on their receipt, that they change back anything in a fairly good condition in 28 days: i didn't use their stuff, and I am really angry and will never recommend this shop to anyone.

    All items that I ordered from Ann Summers online arrived on time, but I later found the exact stuff on Amazon cheaper.
    Never buy the cleaning wipes, as they are a waste of time. You would be better off buying some KFC and using the wipe you get from them, free. Tell them you need extra wipes, as you normally get a few, and they smell a lot better.

    I stumbled across this website whilst trying to book an Ann Summers party. Although basic, it had everything I needed to book my party (I'm having it next week and am really looking forward to it!) It lists lingerie and toys under clear headings so you're not bombarded with any items you might not want to look at (!) It was easyto navigate around and select what i wanted to buy. They also use paypal so its a more secure way of paying for my items and means I don't have to share private accou ...

    There can't be many people who haven't heard of Ann Summers. Their shops are present in over 100 towns in the UK, and there's even an Ann Summers in Spain (Torrevieja). But for those who may feel a slight twinge of embarassment walking into the shop on the High Street for fear of being spotted by someone like your grandma, boss, kids etc. etc. there's always the option of a visit to annsummers.co.uk...
