    after doing all my research i decided on the ixus 100 is digital camera and found internetcamerasdirect to be helpful , informative and sincerely competitive on price. the camera arrived safe and sound packaged correctly with all the necessary contents and works perfectly. well done ICD will be back to you shortly. J

    i was initially swayed towards internetcamerasdirect because their prices were far lower than i was able to find elsewhere however on reading certain reviews i was skeptical until i noticed that the company had been taken over by another company that had a much better repuation. the order was placed on monday lunch time and duely arrived at 9.30 thismorning within the next day delivery guarentee so i have no problems in recommending this company to others.

    have found it difficult to get the above camera as a lot of similar companies were showing in stock but didnt actually have the item in stock. phone and spoke to a helpfull sales person who took my details over the phone and with 24 hrs the camera had arrived. extremely pleased with the service.

    I haven't experienced shopping experiences similar to this. competitive prices and knowledgeable on the techincal side. Internet Cameras Direct are a very professional outfit!

    i havnt had simliar online shopping experiences similar to this. competitive prices and knowledgeable on the technical side. will be using Internet Cameras Direct again soon!

    Internet Cameras Direct are complete and utter amateurs. They took my order saying they had 10+ items in stock on their website. Then told me they hadn't got any. I complained and said their website wouldn't update until the next day. The next day i looked and they still showed the item in stock, so I complained asking my order be dispacthed or they update their site appropriately and stop misleading customers. Magically they emailed me saying they had updated it and within 10 minutes it showed ...

    Ordered a camera for special delivery delivery on saturday morning for a gift. Package arrived at 8.50. Superb service! Would be happy to recomend!

    my experience with internetcamerasdirect has been excellent. I have not used you before but the products, on many items are cheaper than other web sites, delivery is quick and the delivery process is clear and easy to follow.

    although i have only recently received my product i have not had chance to review the camera itself i will be sure to do so in the near future!

    I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Internet Cameras Direct. On 25 October I ordered a digital camera which had a delivery date of 4-5 weeks. As others have said payment is taken from the credit card immediately.

    When the camera had not arrived after the stated time I e-mailed and was told that they were having trouble with their suppliers and that it would be another 4-5 weeks and they were not even sure about that. They said I could cancel and obtain a refund, which would ...

    I ordered a camera in August and have posted here before. I have still not received my money back!
    I have just received an e-mail from Internet Cameras Direct informing me that Nomatica there parent company is in Administration and that they won't be able to pay me my money! I am arguing this with them as on my credit card statement it states Internet Direct not Nomatica.     I have previously had very good service from the Internet Cameras Direct web site, but it looks as though it has since been taken over by a French company, and the service has, for my latest order, been lamentable.

    I ordered a digital camcorder from Internet Cameras Direct in early August. It wasn't in stock, contrary to the website information. Delivery dates came and went twice.

    I asked for a refund, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Dozens of e-mails later and guess what? No refund. As of yesterday (9/12/05) I received an e-mail saying that they are in administration.

    I ordered a camera on the 4th August 2005 from Internet Cameras Direct, and my money was taken on that day.
    Despite emails promising delivery, I have never received it, and I am now trying to recover my money through my credit card company.

    I ordered a camera from Internet Cameras Direct for £206.99 on 14/08/2005.
    24 e-mails later I still haven't received my camera or my money back. At every point along the line there has either been a problem with their system, or I need to give them more information. It takes ages for them to reply to an e-mail, and they don't take phone calls.

    I rang and rang the Internet Cameras Direct number, and it was constantly engaged. A complete waste of time. Thankfully Barclaycard got me my money back under their Delivery Promise. Well done Barclaycard. Internet Cameras Direct are the worst firm I have ever, ever dealt with.

    I have waited 2 months for a Kodak CX530. I to was tempted by Internet Cameras Direct's lowest price - but that is probably because you will never get the product. I wonder how many people never get refunded.
    I now have had no reply from them following my cancellation request.

    I Ordered a Canon digital camera via the Internet Cameras Direct website. It came within a few days, however the camera package was all in FRENCH. I tried to call the company but their phone lines are never answered, and they just ring constantly engaged. I did get a reply from the first email I sent, saying that I couldn't have a English version?     All the recent reviews are correct.

    Do not buy from Internet Cameras Direct. If you have already done so, do yourself a favour and simply phone your credit card provider to cancel the charge.
