went to Trelawne Manor early October with my wife and our little dog.We thought the park was great, the staff we met were very friendly as were lots of the other guests with dogs. Our van was clean and tidy as were all the utensils. We had a wonderful short break and will go again next year.I liked the fishing lake...which was a bit weedy;but i caught a nice carp on my first visit. The park is situated just about right for driving into Looe or Polperro. For those who like to take their dogs on holiday or enjoy fishing,Trelawne Manor is an ideal park.

Just returned from a week at trelawne manor. Had a great time, lovely clean site, stayed in a bluebell apartment which was good value, slight downsides were that it was quite damp, some walls had damp/mould patches and the shower was a bit temperamental! Other than that it was brilliant. I would hardly call it a big lively site, more big and quiet. Didn't really see much of the entertainment but the bingo was top notch (fairly priced and good prizes)!! The shop was pretty usless to be fair only ...

I have just arrived back from Trelawne Manor after two weeks, we had lovely weather every day, I thought the staff were really nice and helpful. the caravan was a silver which was clean enough apart from doggy smells which was more noticable when you first came into the caravan, the location of our van was next to the roadway it was like a racetrack at times, speed ramps are not my favourite things but i feel the site should have more for the childrens safety, Oue first week was lovely and peace ...

    SEE YOU ALL NEXT YEAR!

We have just returned from a FANTASTIC stay at Trelawne (5th September- 12th September, except for the weather at the start, drizzle and fog for the first 3 days, but from then on it was wall to wall sunshine and mid 70's, what would I rate 10 out 10, EVERYTHING! in fact it would be better to say what could I not rate, that would be difficult.
We arrived 2 hours early from check in time, we went into the reception and had a drink, the receptionist was very welcoming and sa ...

Have just spent a week in a caravan at the Trelawne Manor Holiday Park. bit of a musty smell when we first got there but that soon disappeared when we opened the windows. The Park was spot on with really friendly helpful staff who very quickly sorted some minor problems for us. Very clean caravan with fresh clean bedding. Did not have time to sample the entertainment but facilities were good with two pools,a Shop, a free fishing lake and plenty of space for dog walks etc. Would recommend it to a ...

Have just returned from a dreadful week in Trelawne Manor. The chalet we had booked was damp dirty (as was the crockery and utensils) and the smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom was disgusting. Got offered an apartment instead which was clean upon first inspection, but then discovered the twin room had mould growing on two walls. Not good for an asthmatic sleeping two feet away. Having been to John Fowler parks before, I was very disappointed in this one. Would not recommend it, as ...

This was our first time at Trewlane Manor and indeed our last. I booked a silver caravan and it was utterly, utterly filthy. There were so many stains on the carpet that you couldn't see the original colour. The curtains were mouldy. The windows were falling out and didn't lock. The beds reeked of damp. I could go on and on. I've been staying in caravans for the last 22 years and this is the worst experience that I've ever had. After complaining, we were upgraded but had to move to another park. ...

We have just arrived back from a week at Trelawne Manor 3rd-10th aug. I was apprehensive after reading these reviews. We had a fantastic time. Yes, the site itself has its bad points, it is looking a bit old but it has character..the manor house is lovely, I laughed at the fact that the reception is at the bar so you book in at the bar. It reminded me of faulty towers but in a good way! The pools were lovely, the slide was good. The kids entertainment I wasn't sure about at first but our 4 year ...

Arrived home after spending a week at Trelawne Manor Holiday Park (after finding it, signage very poor). We were allocated caravan 90 Primula Gold costing £727.00. The caravan was spacious with an on-suite toilet in the main bedroom and the beds were made up, that ends the good points! On entering the sight of a 6 inch hole in the crumpled net curtains was not what I expected to find. The interior was tired and in need of care and attention, edging strips damaged or missing, stained carpet ...

We have just returned from Trelawne Manor, the children 7yrs and 5yrs didn't notice the very tired surroundings, they had the 'best holiday ever!' even when it rained they never seemed to notice.

We booked a John Fowler Poppy Gold Caravan which was a 'sub let', it was distgustingly dirty, black mildew on all cutains which caused the little one to have an asthma attack during the night. They were changed eventually with some hastily made curtains that then made the caravan look like a place for ...

Well all I can say is what a change from 2008, I wrote a large review on this site in July 08 telling how good it was.

I have just had 9 days at Trelawne Manor Holiday Park, well I will have to take it back as the year was very poor, the evening entertainment in the club house was dreadful. A different team from last year it looks as if the entertainment budget has been cut big time. The girls on the team were trying there best but did not have a clue, it looked like a bad night on Britain ...

Just arrived home from Trelawne Manor Holiday Park after 2 weeks in this park!!!, It was awful!!!!, We only wanted to use it as a base at night as it was so cheap so we could travel to Cornwall and Devon but as we had mixed weather we didnt venture far some days so we thought the kids might like some of the facilites!!!, But we nevr found any!!!! a rubbish pool a couple of table tennis tables and a not very crazy golf!!!, Evening entertainment was terrible and even one gentlemen who told me he h ...

i stayed at Trelawne and it boast big and lively park. I have 2 children and we found it big and boring. The swimming pool lifeguard was not in sight but reading a mag in an office, the arcade was very small and the food and shop was only open for a short while. we did go in October.

I stayed at the Trelawne Manor Holiday Park. Caravan was nice & Clean, had the gold caravan, The actual layout and the building was nice. The lake was nice aswell.
I found it a bit boring. Theres not much to do if the weathers is bad, the indoor swimming pool wernt that good, in my opinion. Its proberly better when theres sun.
