Good Points: Cheap, good conectivity.
Bad Points: poor quality build.
General comments: I have owned the Hitachi C24W1TN Widescreen TV for 4 years now - been in for repair once - dry joints during manufacture caused screen 'wobble'Front access for A/V, headphone & S-video. 2 scart sockets & A/V at rear. Speakers just adequate but easy to run through HiFi. Plasticy feeling remote. Front cover for AV loose. Cheapest 'branded' widescreen available at the time & it shows, though as it's still going (reasonably) strongly that must be a plus point. Would avoid 2nd hand.

I realise there are experts out there who care a lot about picture/sound quality. However my gripe is simply that the Hitachi C28W1TN tV set no longer works after less than 4 years-too short a timescale. Picture failure, too expensive to repair.
