Bad Points: Really expensive account. Trying to close it took ages, and they kept charging all the time.
General comments: I had a Natwest Advantage Premier bank account, and it took me a long time to try and close the account. I found Natwest were useless at dealing with complaints.

I have been a customer of NatWest since I was seven and got the piggy banks, and as a student they were top notch. However, since they persuaded us to "upgrade" to Advantage Premier their service has been simply terrible. They lost us £686 in interest by delaying our mortgage by ten weeks as they couldn't get my name right! They never sent us information about services, their communication was terrible and their "personal service" non-existent. To cap it all they charged us £195 per ...
