Good Points: Not a lot
General comments: What has happened to good old customer service i have never gone over drawn or the like but the consideration of customers is last on there agenda the philosophy seems to be we are the ones in charge like it or lump it

I don't know why I have stayed with the Royal Bank of Scotland for so long.
I have been a customer for at least 5 years, but this seems to count for nothing whenever I seek help from them financially.
I phoned to make an appointment to visit the branch and discuss my account.
I was told I didn't need to bother, the women reviewed my account while I was on the phone and told me they couldn't assist with anything.
Very much "computer says no" experiences with them.
