Wanted to buy an expensive TV stand at Curry's who were offering 25% off one I had had my Eye on for a few months. No haggling to be had with Curry's over the £1k + asking price, so paid with £1000 Curry's vouchers plus the difference on a CC. Got £1 per litre off my next fill up at Morrisons Petrol station. Next on my list is some expensive furniture I have my eye on currently in Debenhams sale might have to wait as my car only needs filling every three months now I no longer... (read more)

i go here all the time. they have diy car wash, tire inflate point etc etc. the fuel is cheap and the staff are great. there is an older chap that is a very nice fella and a bloke in his 40's with a mustache that has very good customer skills. he should go high places in the company. not many people in lower wage jobs that make such an effort. if only there were more people like this the whole shopping experience would be a lot more enjoyable. Morrisons pricing policy in Hawick is blatant profiteering and openly exploits the fact that there is only one other fuel sation in the town. Both types of fuel are perpetually 5p per litre more expensive than other Morrisons outlets.
Once the new Sainsburys store opens, one would hope that this forces Morrisons to stop their unforgiveable abuse of current customers.

I put over 60 lts of fuel in my car at £113.9 per ltr only to find that the same company at Beverly some 18 miles away aprox is charging 110.9 for the same stuff. How on earth can they do this I would pay the same in store for bread, milk, cigs ( if I smoked), etc so why the differance in the price of fuel. It would seem that they are charging what they can get away with.I have rung the customer sevices and was told they relative to what others are charging. (read more)

this could perhaps be put down to the cost to rent the site or even the cost to deliver the petrol to the location..

I only get my petrol from Morrisons if I do not have another choice. The petrol might be cheap, but the forecourt is dark and the shop is very small. Most staff are OK, which compared to the some staff at the main Morissons shop is a welcome change. I do not recommend Morrissons Petrol Station. (read more)

I've almost always got fuel from our local Morrisons supermarket petrol station. Most definitely worth it, although I would avoid during peak times, especially if there isn't much competition in the local area (as it is in our area).
And, oddly, they now charge for air to fill your tyres! You can get it for free in many other stations!
Anyhow, I'm happy enough with Morrissons.

Good thing as well about this petrol station: the staff actually smile! It lacks that in many of the Morrisons supermarkets I have been to!

To be fair to Morrison's, I don't think you can blame the supermarket for that; it seems to be the case no matter where you fill up.
